Deff sent me DVDs that did not work

Deff sent me DVDs that did not work. Would not accept a return or grant a credit. There are lots of places to buy DVDs. This one of the worst. Failing grades for product, customer service, and attitude. Stay away!

Hi Glenys,
This is a very misleading review. You purchased a DVD boxset from the UK and were unaware of the Region restrictions when buying DVD or Blu-Rays from Europe. As you do not have a Region Free DVD player you are unable to play these products and we are unable to accept your return. As for customer service we despatched your order within 24 hours, we responded to your emails within hours. It's a shame that you felt we deserved this review.
