I got a quote for $182 for my phone. When they received it, they claimed it was locked to my carrier so they could only give me $115. This was false and I sent them my original receipt for the phone showing it was unlocked. They finally agreed to pay the remainder, but they've been ghosting me now for a month and won't pay the rest.

This company said they would give me $102.00 for my Galaxy S8 so I charged the phone and sent it to them. I got an email saying the charging port was damaged and the would only give me $11.30. The charging port was not damaged and they did send the phone back and I was able to charge it--no problem. They also did not send back the charging cable and 2 charging adapters that I sent with the phone. The old saying "if it sounds to good to be true it probably is". I would never do business with a company like this.

This company sent me a broken phone. Of course, I called immediately and advised I was sent a phone that would not charge. At first, I didn't even notice it was NOT the phone I ordered. Your classic bait and switch, how diaboical. I returned the phone immediately and later received an email stating that it was not the phone I ordered and as a result I would not be issued a refund... for the item I ordered and never received. Please, save yourself the headache.

This company is a complete JOKE. ZERO Stars! Do not waste you time with them. I have been trying for over three weeks to just get an ANSWER about the status of my phone that was in GOOD condition when I sent it in back in August. I get the same customer service answers that are obviously read from a script. NO ONE EVER follows through with what they say they will do. They took away their phone line so chat is the only way to reach anyone who tells you the same lies and never responds back like they say they will. At this point, ALL I want is MY phone back and they tell me they can't even send that. RUN RUN RUN to another company if you are trying to sell your phone. This is a rip-off completely. I will be telling everyone I can online reviews, etc. to run!

I sent them a phone, but after receiving it, they claimed it was blocked or barred. I immediately knew I was scammed, called my phone company and got documentation stating it was not and never was. I am now waiting for them to respond to pay me or send it back. If they fail to do so, I will call my phone company back and report that they stole it. Stay away from this one!

I went through the Declutter website and input the info on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The website offered me about $140 for the phone. They received it and claim they will be putting the phone through a vigorous check up. Today I received notice saying that the phone has "issues" and the revised offer price is $12.00... you read that right $12!
That is INSANE. I declined the offer and they say they will be mailing the phone back. I could sell it on Ebay and make more than that. What a con job! Stay away from these people.

I submitted a trade-in order (2 separate orders across 3 different boxes/packages). Originally, I received an email stating that 1/2 of the large order was missing. I replied letting them know it was in another box (they provided both labels). After the other box arrived, they told me that one of the items was still missing. I responded and told them that it was wrapped in the packing materials, but that I know for a fact it was in the box. The entire purpose of creating the two separate orders was because they do not allow 2 of the same item in one order. I had 2 Dualshock 4 (PS4) controllers to trade in, thus I created two separate orders. The company basically called me a liar and stole/misplaced one of the controllers that was in the box that I traded in. After several back and forth emails including me including all documents requested (proof of ownership, proof of shipment, and delivery confirmation of all 3 boxes), I was fed up and gave them a choice to pursue it further and make it right, or to pay me for the rest of the order that was in the same box and get negative reviews posted everywhere. Rather than support the customer, they chose the pay out and negative reviews option. Hope it was worth the $7.

I sent two iPhones to them at a quoted price of $75.00 and $55.00 + a $15.00 coupon. Phones were pristine and in their original boxes. Took two weeks to hear anything. Then one phone was only worth $5.00 because it now had a LCD pressure mark. (didn't have it when it left.) I declined and had it returned. Showed up without original box, in a plain brown shipper, no protective packaging. Followed up about second phone 2 weeks went by. No response, second phone shows up, back to me. No explanation, and NO ORIGINAL BOX. AVOID. AVOID.

I've used them twice and both experiences were horrible and smell like a scam. I shipped boxes of DVDs and CDs to them, verified everything was included and took pictures of the shipping labels. Both times they claim I did not ship all the items listed on my order, claimed a box hadn't been delivered when it had and someone signed for it and then demanded I send them a copy of the shipping receipt. I told them I dropped the boxes off at a UPS drop box and do not have a receipt, to which they responded with they can't do anything unless I send proof I shipped it. They also refuse to process my first order and pay me until I resolve the missing items/box, which I literally can't. Do not use.

There horrible terrible customer service there sites broken as hell and they don't care. They don't. I've had soanu issues with them as a buyer I just can't anymore. There so horrible and there sites a broken mess. They say u can track orders.u can't they never updated ur order. I could go there right now and a order I received 6mnths ago will say still processing. There a joke. Just stay away from them. Actually here proof there sites a joke and so is there customer service. Over a yr ago a that item is still processing according to there keep track of ur packages account info.such a joke.

I had an iPhone 7 Plus in perfect condition. Decluttr said they'd give me $181.00 for it so I sent it in. I got an email back from them saying that the microphone didn't work so their offer was reduced to $56.00. Before I wiped my personal data and settings from the phone I regularly had conversations on speakerphone and did FaceTime with my grandkids. After I wiped the phone I put it in a box on a shelf; nothing happened to it that would have caused damage to the microphone. I declined their offer, and got an email saying my phone would be returned to me in 1 or 2 days. When that didn't happen I contacted customer service and eventually I did get the phone back, without the accessories that I'd sent in with it. Check out all of the complaints filed against Decluttr with the Better Business Bureau and you'll see that this kind of experience is unfortunately common with them.

I submitted two iphone to Declutrr for sale. They sent me confirmation of approval of and mailing labels. Upon receipt they sent confirmation.
They claim they paid me and and I told them they didn't. Then they required me to produce my bank statements for the dates when they claim payment was made, which I did.
I have been unable to find a phone number to discuss this with an agent of the company apparently they only do chats.
I did send the the statement they wanted as an attachment to their email. Then they wanted the date I sent, which I was able to produce.
When I indicated i was going to file a complaint the Chat Robot hung up on me.
