“I bought a tablet”

I bought a tablet who started having problems very quickly almost without being used because it was pain in the as. Until it died. They had been 90 days and honestly not worth what it would cost to drive to the post office and ship it back. What irritated me the most they deleted the negative feedback i wrote on the site and they replied asking for photos and asking the same things. Do not waste your time and your money.

On September 24, I ordered a phone on the Dealsmachine website as a sample. On the day of order it was indicated as being "on stock" and it kept being "on stock" for weeks to come. Yet the item shipped only after more than 1 month on Oct. 27. The tracking number provided wasn't recognized before November 7. Then the item arrived finally in my country, but was blocked another 5 days at the customs due to false value declaration. Customs agents are not stupid. The declared value $16 was so unrealistic for a phone that the customs contacted me, the receiver, to get the proof of payment. Due to this I had to pay the customs a $20 fine for research work. On their website, I can only comment the item - which I haven't tried yet, so I don't want to comment on that.

My review is not totally negative, because a) Dealsmachine answered all my support tickets in a timely fashion (even if the answer wasn't satisfying) and b) the device finally arrived. But there's lots of space for improvement (compared to competitors).

To start, please review your stock administration. I would have simply ordered the yellow version which was only slightly more expensive if I had known that the black is out of stock. Secondly, please inform your customers that the tracking number you stick on the package in China is only recognized once the item reaches Europe (in this case NL). And finally put the correct or at least a realistic value on the parcel, so that it will pass customs without further delay.

Paypal is the only way they let you pay
Paypal claims some error though my card is valid

After many deals and lot experience with their teams there is only one conclusion. If you are lucky you can get your item as you expect it.

The company is good unless you have a problem.
I was given credits for past business but find they are not worth anything unless you pay the advertised full price of the article and as actual price is a lot lower no one would pay 40% over to get a 10 % discount.
Have now found an Australian company that sell similar goods a lot cheaper and quick delivery.

I ordered an NO. 1 S6i and I still haven't received it yet It took about a week to ship instead of 24 hrs. I've been tracking through DHL and its just taking way to long for me to have payed for the fastest shipping possible. I still don; t have the phone and at this point I should feel a little worried.

Tip for consumers:
Even though it may cost more buy from somewhere more reliable

If you have used cash coupon on dealsmachine.com and they can not deliver this good (in my case "sold out") then in no case agree to cancel order and refund!

I had 60USD cash coupon that they have offered me for defective product. After I have used this coupon they contacted me that product is sold out. They offered me two options:
Refund or choose other product. I was not able to find equivalent product so I decided for refund. They have transferred back my actual money but not cash coupon.

I have patiently communicated with their customer support long time.
Most popular answer to my complaint is "I am sorry since you have used the coupon to pay for the order, now you cancel it, i am sorry you can't use the coupon any more, it's useless." Their logic is that I have decided to cancel this order not they. So my cash coupon is lost. After this answer they close case and I was not able to reply.
To communicate with them I was forced to open new case and began explaining again.

After few cases they offered this "I have asked my colleague for help to add one more chance to this coupon." Few! Finally!

So I patiently waited for my coupon. After waiting more than month I contacted support for more information when I will receive my cash coupon. I get this answer "Please review the T*******371 and T*******941 be carefull before placing the order, or the coupon would be invalid once the order canceled. Now you cancel it, i am sorry you can't use the coupon any more, it's useless."

Now they start to offer me 100DM points = 4USD. After I refuse 500DM points = 15USD.

Don't get me wrong I like to buy at this shop. All previous cases with any problematic product their offer was fair and reasonable.

Update: I have received message that coupon has been reinstaded. Under my cash coupons it is not present. I tried my old (expired) coupon code and it WORKED. All is good now.

Warning! The initial price is never the final price and phones sometimes don't work properly. You get charged nearly 50% more than the initial cost! They add at least 15-24 euros just for the shipping and for paying with paypal. Then at customs they will always charge you VAT on the product plus the "management costs" that DHL decide to apply. In my case 30€ was VAT and 18€ management costs. This is RIDICULOUS! I demanded an explanation and after writting four emails I didn't get a straight forward answer... they always replied with something that didn't have anything to do with what I was asking... DON'T USE THEM! ITS NOT WORTH IT!
