How does deals machine decide who to treat badly and who to treat with respect as customers, I ask because I would like to know why I was chosen as one to be treated badly

Well, first & foremost, I am only a customer of Deals Machine, & by no means am I a paid professional spokesperson.
Having said that, let me say that in any transaction there is always the possibility for error.
After a quick once-over of your review, it appears that your product was damaged during the shipping process.
Without knowing the specifics of your experience in attempting to rectify the outcome of your purchase; keep in mind that these products will change hands many times before they reach their destination.
Again, without knowing specifics, how the situation is presented to Deals Machine, and also how the presentation of the situation is perceived by Deals Machine, may determine the outcome of the experience.
I only mention this because I've come to understand that the 2 buisness philosophies of the East & the West are very dissimilar, & are by no means administered from the same template.
Unfortunately, the only satisfactory way to acquire closure to your experience, is to get it from Deals Machine themselves.

Hi Richard, it is not possible for us to comment on how the staff of the Support Centre of Dealsmachine will treat different customers as we cannot read their minds. The only thing I can suggest is to go to their Support Centre's website (www.support@dealsmachine.com or www.Support.dealsmachine.com) and submit a Formal complaint and a Ticket number will be issued to you. They should reply within days unless it is a weekend or public holiday in China.
For the "SUBJECT", you should enter. -- " Please forward to Supervisor". Hope you will get a satisfactory reply.

I bought a few items from this seller.
Some arrived normally. Others late. Others did not match.
My last order has not yet arrived. Yet I buy with faster delivery. Normally deliver between 6and 10 business days. It's been more than 40 days. They offered me a refund of $ 95, while the amount of my order amounted to $ 108.
I file a complaint with PayPal.
I will not buy from them.
I prefer Banggood. Which are more serious and respond quickly.

I have purchased several times, and for several articles, each time...
So far so good, never an issue to date.
So I'm pretty happy with them, not to mention some of the awesome prices...

I have a lost package and they gave me a new one, it was a large process but they were very polite and kind

Richard, without details I can't speak directly to the issue you had. Did they not meet your expectation? Was something broken?
All I can tell you about is my experience. Ordered 2 items... the wireless remote did not have any receiver, so I contacted customer service. They were very polite, but there was a little confusion (I think because of language barrier issues) after a few emails back and forth, it was all straightened out and a new one is on it's way. But they were very helpful and courteous.

Remember they are in China and shipping a very long way. AND there is a language difference.
My experience has been largely positive, but I also don't expect perfection at these prices.
Be patient, communicate again, and realize there are hurdles from international ordering.

I've never had any issues with them that required me to contact customer service and I've been shopping there since they were ahappydeal. Every order has gone pretty smoothly.
