It's very seldom that you see a commercial on a company that turns out to be true as to what they advertised. After being a bidder on dealdash.com for almost 3 mths. Now I've found that EVERYTHING they say is true. If you don't agree with something they are there for you, if you don't like something you got they are there for you, if you just want your opinion heard they are there for you! The truth is I'm their biggest cheerleader and fan! I've never encountered such a wonderful family of people that truly does care whether or not you are happy and fully satisfied with their site! DEAL DASH FAMILY... YOUR ALL THE BEES KNEES, AMAZING AND THE BEST! So much more I could say but this is a small summary
I accidently purchase a Dekdo for the full price and I immediately saw my mistake and contacted them within an hour they took care of my problem everything went smoothly.
I of course like many others start with the “gift card” and I move on to bids while in an auction I placed 264 bids I placed 30 more bids on that automatic bid and then puff auction over I sent a complaint 24 hours ago still no response today I buy more bids and of course I am trying to get in on the action and it boots me out to YouTube over and over I thought maybe something is wrong with my iPhone let me try on my computer guess what same thing all I know is I have spent a $100 dollars for 2 $10 gift cards some cheap looking sushi plate and a Bluetooth speaker and it is a brand that I have never heard of no I am placing bids on a ps4 still waiting for an email or a call from deal dash it's fun but I am starting to feel like a sucker

Spent a good bit of money and never won anything so i can not really say anything against Deal Dash because i really enjoyed playing and am not lucky but is a good game to play and had no problems with the game itself thanks, NAN
By far my favorite penny auction site... I have won many great items from this site, and if I dont win the auction they always have the BIN feature... Gotta love buy it now...

I would like to see no new bidders to begin at the $3.00 mark. There is just to many bidders when it is $5.00. People can't sit up all night and try to win.

I think Deal Dash is a really good place for auction fun, however it is hard to win anything. The bids are too high. It cost a lot to bid on that auction site.
I have won many items however, a lamp I bid on was defective with the original and replacement. So I was sent labels to return both and promised I would receive my bids back.
You did not have enough time to use your service at this time definitely will give it a go in a few months when I slow down a little Thank you for your understanding

I've been with DealDash for almost a year now and I have not won nearly as much money as I put into it it's very addicting and the product is great good quality but it's very upsetting and disturbing when you put a lot of money into something and you don't win you have to have some kind of strategies which I haven't figured it out yet otherwise the customer service is great they have credit me a few times this for satisfaction but like I said it's not easy to win at all
I have nothing but praise for DEALDASH.

So far so good. I was worried that I only had an e-mail address to contact support, however that was all I needed. They were prompt in helping me. And I have enjoyed my deal dash experience.
While I do enjoy DealDash very much there is some behavior exhibited by some members that is very unsportmanlike and ruins it for everyone! They are the playground bullies and need to be stopped!
BidBuddy is not available to everyone. Customer service is referring to auction bids that I NEVER made. Supposedly there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee but GOOD LUCK on getting them to stand behind it!
