This site couldn't be better managed, A customer service that makes you feel loved and appreciated. And the most impressive is a website, long in explaining how great they are and how they would never take your money... Don't know about you but my life experiences tell me this website is all the bad things it claims not to be. Why would they even take the time and money to battle all the bad news up front? Simple. This is a site that is dedicated to drawing you in and sucking your money either through the enormous amount of bids that you have to pay plus the cost of the product.
DO YOURSELF A SIGNIFICANT FAVOR - DON'T GET EMBROILED WITH DEALDASH.COM! Your life will be much happier and your wallet much thicker.

Ok, honestly it is time for legal action toward Dealdash.com. I was intrigued a couple of weeks ago from a commercial and decided to see what the hype was all about. I kept watching the site and was seeing gift cards come across the screen that no one else was bidding one. I decided to dive in and purchase a bid pack and sure enough I won some gift cards. I was impressed enough to start using the bids on other items and sure enough I was no longer winning. I was still hooked from the first experience (surprise, huh) and I bought another bid pack. When I NEVER saw another gift card come across like the initial ones, I started wondering about it. After years as a paralegal, I have seen many scams come through and my scam sensor was twitching. I decided to set up another account and see what happened. Sure enough, dealdash is falsely baiting customer with the impression of easy to win deals. Those gift cards that come up on new bidder accounts do NOT show up on existing customer accounts. That is why it is a guarantee win and an illegal hooking measure. PEOPLE DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

Kudos to DealDash on a brilliant and addictive product. As a fellow software dev I can appreciate that.

While *technically* not a scam, don't bother unless you have unlimited money and time to game the system because that's what happens.

Much like the ticket brokers, you will find yourself battling with players with unlimited resources who probably end up just relisting on the same DealDash site or eBay at best.

I just got suckered into trying it again after staying away for 2+ years and it's gotten even worse. You will see the same scoopers showing up in EVERY auction you get into and you just can't compete with their buying power.

Sure. Some great stuff goes for cheap. But unless it's something total crap, you almost certainly will not win.

Even if you avoid getting suckered into an auction early and refer to the minimum sell price from past history, you still usually get clipped at a price lower than what previously was the lowest sell price which in itself is suspect.

Bottom line. You have plenty of money and time fine. Drop at least 1000 bids on the item you want at 75% of the most recent lowest purchase price, and cross your fingers and probably lose anyways. But the manufactured suspense can be enjoyable if you have the time.

I have been on DD for over 8 years. When I first started I found myself getting very upset and mad because I had not won one thing. I thought the same way some of you did. I invested a lot of money also. I decided to contact DD to do some venting. I made suggestions about changing certain things to make it more fare for everyone to get the opportunity to win something.
DD was very responsive in trying to change things to make it easier for bidders.
I have called several times to ask about changing things that I thought would help bidders to be more successful. They also asked me many times what I thought about doing things a certain way. If I thought if would be beneficial to us bidders then I would give my opinion.
All in all, I have had nothing but great experience in talking to the great people in Customer service. James who is a manager is the best guy ever. He always takes the time to make sure if there is a problem he will take care of it. The entire company has nothing but the best people anywhere.

This site is unbelievable! They make you pay per bid. Now lets understand what is happening here. If you bid $100 for an item, they will charge you 10,000 times. The bids move every cent and charge you for every penny the bid moves. THIS IS A CRAZY AND RIDICULOUS RIPPOFF... Oh, and remember, "SHIPPING IS AWAYS FREE!" Yes, with the money they scam out of people, free shipping just helps them sucker in more suckers. They show you on TV, the cost of the bids on the bottom, but never show you the TOTAL that is collected for the items they feature. This company can buy products are retail and sell them for many times more then they paid! SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, like eBay where you know what you are paying for!
