This was such a fun game and then all of a sudden they changed their whole way of winning probably because people were winning too much the product is so good the game is fun but now it's much harder to win the point value went up I do realize they give you more credits for your money but it was just fine the way they were doing it before if it's not broke don't fix it it was just a customer service was awful now they found a way to totally block me out everytime I go on with a new account so I'm going to take further actions on this because as of now I can't play anymore and I'm very disappointed in that cuz I spent a lot of money with totaltrivia and DealDash and for them to just block my account every time I start a new one is disturbing
I absolutely love the game and I love the competition I think it's better than DealDash but the customer service sucks.
There's no instant message if you need to talk to somebody right away they don't respond to your email right away within 24 hours so if you need help at that instant you're not going to get it... also I'm trying to trade in what I won for tickets and I still haven't gotten a response on a item that I have won 6 hours ago.
They really need to get better service for them representing items off of dealdash.com
Since my last review I went back on top Hatter couple weeks ago and check them out again now I'm very very very careful on the items I do bid on I did have a few problems on some things and customer service refunded me right away I still did get a few items that was nowhere near what the picture was but as I understand top Hatter doesn't have anything to do with that but I do realize if you complain about the same item over and over again they will do something about that seller so they do still have great deals customer service has been much better and I've shopped on it again just watch what you're shopping for and watch those shipping prices to they charge way too much for shipping that's another thing they need to watch out for the customer charges way too much for shipping for t-shirts and and little items I hope this helps anybody

I've been with DealDash for almost a year now and I have not won nearly as much money as I put into it it's very addicting and the product is great good quality but it's very upsetting and disturbing when you put a lot of money into something and you don't win you have to have some kind of strategies which I haven't figured it out yet otherwise the customer service is great they have credit me a few times this for satisfaction but like I said it's not easy to win at all
