Through no fault of the shipper I often have problems. This is a rural area that does not have street delivery. I appreciate the way this matter has been handled, with direct contact.
I've had a pretty good experience so far. There have been a few mishaps along the way. But all in all I'm very satisfied with the merchandise. It's always packaged very nicely too.

I bought an item and noted that inner packaged appeared damaged. The support team member, Anna advised if damaged take photos and email support team@ deal dash and it could be replaced. Relief!
So I spray $30 to have the ability to place a bid that was two weeks ago and I've yet to win anything and right when you think you have the winning bid the app crashes, this has happened 7 times in the last week alone please don't waste your money this app is a RIP OFF!
I have a problem twice with hidden packages and both times they were completely replaced. Didn't understand the process of bidding and they gave me only Ridgeback
Love deal dash. You can get excellent deals, as long as there aren't people jumping bids or running up the amount fast because they think they can win it easier that way. Lol
My Wife has had a few experiences that were taken care of rite away, on the other hand she just had a few that really SUCKED! She won 2 bids and it was posted as so. A week or so ago she wrote a letter to you because it said Deleted next to the item, well she didn't pick up the email rite away and was told that you didn't even have the product in inventory so you credited her account and in the future if she don't get back to you rite away she would lose everything... That is BS, Its our fault that you don't have the item you put up for bid and leave it there till the end and there is a winner. I think that is crap, Also She never saw the bids come back to her account even though we were told they did. Wanted the items anyway...

Who are the supposed people on Deal Dash today, 05/05/2016? I have 2 issues. First and foremost because I reported 'team bidders' two weeks in a row on Monday, all their fake avatars came out in a vengeance. The night was a horrible nightmare that it took years to recover... I caught the Team bidders which i copied and emailed. So why can't an intelligent woman figure it out? And repoNow today all of a sudden itdawned on me. They may have madeit. But they are all goid, i surehope. Love you! U
I erringly thought I was getting a free trial only to find out that I had actually bought a bid package! I do not have internet service at my home at this time and didn't think I could adequately use the service, so I requested a refund. Within LESS than 24 hours I received a response from a rep and refund was in process, and was even told I could use the bids I had left without interfering with the refund request! What a wonderful opportunity and with absolutely NO HASSLE whatsoever! I will definitely become a member once I have internet at my home, and will recommend this company to all I talk to, and that's a lot!
My experience was not good. At first I won 4 things valued at around $80 for one cent each but spent over $30 on 200 bids and then $144 on 900 bids and just kept bidding without ever winning again and had to buy items to get bids back in my account. I wouldn't have bought those items otherwise. I now am down to around 200 bids left and don't have anything to show for the 900 bids but that. I just tried again after listening to advice on the internet with a $10 Burger King gift card but spent $8.16 which equalled 51 bids and had the automatic bidder bid buddy bidding and used up all my bids and others were still bidding... something is not right here with that. I thought it was on the news that this was legit. I asked for a refund but haven't heard anything. Last night was my first experience with this. I feel I should warn others as I am losing money with this and not seeing anymore bargains no matter how hard I have tried. Also I got an avatar of a man's head in a yellow construction hat which is not what I picked... I picked beautiful flower.

The auction bidding always continues until no new bids are placed. Each individual bidder can decide how many bids they would like to use to try and win. A good bidding strategy is to only use the number of bids which value the price of the item and not exceed that. After reaching the equal value point, it’s better to use the Buy it Now option to get back your bids. This way you don’t lose any bids and you also get the item you wanted with free shipping.

The house rules state that Team Play (2 accounts working together to run off other bidders) is strictly forbidden. As they do this they keep increasing levels and receive free bids. They exchange their wins for free bids. They can then use these free bids to pull the scam again and again and again. I watched this happen over and over again. I noticed one user who was obviously doing this had won an automobile after placing hundreds of thousands of (free?) bids on one auction.
I have to wonder how many people are scammed out of paid-for bids by a person who has a million free bids to use?
The site says they use sophisticated software, monitoring systems and safety protection measures to detect bidders who are not complying with this policy.
I don't know how sophisticated it can be. I spent an hour looking at recently won auctions and found dozens of probable Team Play. I can only see the last 80 seconds of bidding and see the same thing (and sometimes the same bidders) winning with the same pattern:
3 people using BidBuddy, one finally gives up and then another drops out seconds later producing a winner.

Answer: Thats a hard question to answer, because it depends on the article, and its value. I will say I have won some great Articles, and lost many, maby more. The more valuable the article the harder to win. Personally, I gave up on Deal Dash due to the BID STOMPING and Jumpers and the gready nature of some bidders, who stockpile bids. Also, even though Deal Dash supposedly has means to catch Buddy Bidding, I myself have caught at least 4 people doing buddy bidding, reported it, and nothing was ever done about it. Finally I no longer play on Deal Dash, for the reasons I mentioned, but thats my choice. Its up to you, on what you want to do. Hope this helps.

By using the Buy it Now option you will get the item for retail price and all bids back to your account that you used in the auction.
