Skins don't fit

I purchased a skin for my iPhone 14 pro, and the camera cutout isn't large enough. Customer service is an automated bot, and they accept no returns, so I'm just out $35

Worst experience ever -

D brand is $#*!

Order placed 8 December 2022 it's 16 January 2023 and I'm still waiting - emails says item sent but courier company shows a new label has just been created AGAIN

I was emailed multiple times saying items being built, items on the way etc

Courier company tracking showed
1 item not sent,
2 label created but not sent for weeks sent
3 item sent to wrong address x2

Ddand has now emailed me agin saying item send. And again courier company shows items not picked up.

I'm not sure if I will ever receive my item

If I am forced to ask for a refund I will have to go through my bank because Dbrand only give you computer generated emails that are not helpful, truthful or accurate. - no human available

Dbrand are great at marketing and that's it.

The products are low quality, the prices expensive and the shipping times slow.

Worse than all that - the customer service is appalling. Snarky, rude, awful people sit at the other end of the email you're sending them and if you have something negative to say prepare to be shocked.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Best Company Ever.

I ordered my dbrand grip case on december 15. To hungary. It arrived on jan. 3. which is pretty normal from US to hungary. I applied the skin with no problems. Quality is amazing.100% recommend.

DBrand automatically cancelled my order after more than a month of waiting for the items I purchashed - paid via credit card with interest. I believe they really never shipped my order in the first place. This was already the second time. The same thing happened the first time. I don't think the problem is with USPS because I never had a problem with other online stores also using USPS services, only with DBrand. I tried it twice and both failed so I can only say that this company is a scam. They should refund my credit card payment along with interest.
DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered an item.
Soon after ASKED if I can add more items to the same order.

They gave me Paypal link and I ONCE AGAIN ASKED if I can pay using VISA.

They cancelled my order and asked to re-order
My bank charges for refund as this Canadian company charges in USD.

I NEVER TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER
Now I get partial refund and they are asking me to contact bank
Who the hell asked them to cancel when I was inquiring

AirPod case

The case is very nice although I ordered the wrong one hopefully I will be able to return and get right fitting one. The shipping box was nice also I will be reusing it for something 5 STARZ from me and most definitely will be back I recommend dbrand to anyone that takes pride in what they purchase.

I've been using a case on my iPhone 12 mini since I got it a little over year ago. I took it off recently and the feel of the phone without a case is unbeatable. I wanted the feel of the caseless phone but with some extra protection, and this is what led me to the dbrand line of products. I purchased the matte black skin for the phone and was very excited to put it on. I installed it per the instructions but once it was on... I was extremely disappointed. It turned my iPhone into some cheap chinese knockoff brand phone. The plastic was slippery and cheap, but the worst part was every single edge of the phone was now sharp. It was uncomfortable to hold. Almost immediately after install I wanted to take this thing off. I knew it was a trash product. I kept it on overnight hoping that time would change my mind. No luck. The next morning I peeled it off and ripped it in half. It ripped extremely easily. The product itself is cheap and low quality. I would not recommend the skins to anyone. Not only does it ruin the natural feel of a caseless phone, but it ruins the aesthetics too.

So I ordered a case and skin for my phone as well as a skin for my iPad pro and the extra skin for its pencil. The package arrived and their expensive "teleported practically" shipping option which I chose isn't worth the extra money so save yours it didn't come fast. So first bad experience, I get my package and I'm excited not gonna lie and I get my case out and apply the skin to it and that wasn't to bad, the application isn't as easy as their video makes it out as but I did it and it looks great. Now on to my ipad...I pull up the video and realize they didn't send the complete set of skins, I didn't receive the edge pieces. Now the application of this skin is way more difficult and I followed the video to a tee and no matter what I did it did not line up period! Either the apple cut out and sensor cut outs lined up and the camera window was off or it was vice versa. So after wrestling with it I got it applied but it isn't perfect. Did my pencil finely. So I contacted then which is a process full of snarky comments and they act like we are talking to robots and us consumers are humans, they also only give you a email to contact the company and they let you know it will be 3-7 days before they respond...super awesome! I paid their high prices for their product and now it's like the consumer doesn't matter once they get your money, I let them know the issues and send the email and wait for the return response, which when I got it they wanted pics of this and that and just took it to a new level to make sure no one stole a 20 cent skin from them. That was over a week ago and still no response or a solution on their end for the missing items and the poorly fitting skin for the iPad. So I'm completely let down and at this point can say their customer service is pathetic. So find a different place for products like theirs because once they get your money you're no longer a worry for them! Dbrand can kiss my a#*!

When you purchase a car or truck at the dealership they don't tell you the exterior of the vehicle can only be changed with their products. They also don't stop other companies from making products that fit or attach to it.
So why is Sony crying foul when someone makes a dark plate in a colour they didn't offer but was wanted when the PS 5 came out?
I waited patiently refusing to buy it in white like many people. Then I came across Dark Plates, when Sony announced they were launching their coloured plates it dawned on me that my wait had been futile. As I said I looked previously at Dbrands Dark Plates and liked the shape more then Sony's. I also noticed the extra cooling offered by the dark plates. As soon as I ordered my PlayStation bundle I was ordering my dark plates and LED colours.
The reviews stated PlayStation black or any of their plates are really colour matched to the controllers I can't confirm that myself but I certainly not going to by a plate that isn't appealing and questionable in colour.
When I receive my PS5 and plates I will be updating this.
