TERRIBLE SHIPPING SERVICE!

Originally I was really excited about buying from Dbrand. I've heard of them online, and their sense of humor was really cool. When I ordered something, they took WEEKS to ship it to the wrong address. I contacted support and they said they'd ship another one for free and confirmed my address... then it was shipped to the same location as the first time. TWO TIMES. I then contacted support again, extremely frustrated. Which leads me to today, days from my cry for help and still no response. Keep in mind I've waited over a month for my order now. Smh.

Great customer support and great products
October 6, 2021

I previously had purchased a case and skin on my old phone so I did the same for my new one. The case works well and the skins come in some really cool designs. This time around I unfortunately put the skin on slightly wonky and went to support for a solution. After quickly receiving a response, my problem has been solved and I couldn't be happier. Can't see myself buying any other brand case since it's functional and I can get some sweet designs for them.

The product I ordered was dark plates for my ps5. After the dispatch the order maybe lost or never arrived to me so I contacted the support after 1 month of waiting. The response in my problem was pretty fast, telling me that I have no reason to worry and they will send me another ps5 dark plates free of charge. What else a customer wants to feel appreciated and not to worry about wasting money on a product. Best wishes for the company to grow bigger amazing customer service, I wish this time I will get my hands on the dark plates

Hi hope all are well! I was very pleased with DBrand's service recently. I ordered a skin and the completely wrong size and color came, although the other unit I ordered was correct. I contacted them and they quickly sent out a replacement - with a small gift of another skin for another unit I asked for:)
They were happy to oblige and had it over to me within a few days.
Their prices are great, quality is top notch, and super funny tidbits on their website! They've got really good, unique branding as well.

I'm from Brazil and I made a purchase of two DBrand skins with normal shipping, after the deadline stipulated on the site had passed and the message "delivered" appeared I realized there was a problem with my package..., i contacted support, they immediately apologized and said that would resend my package quickly with courier service. The new package arrived (in less than 4 working days in Brazil) but only one skin came in the package... again I contacted support and they sent it, again! I'm very grateful because I imagine the difficulty of dealing with this long sling, I'm happy with the speed with which they solved such problems and I would definitely go back to doing business confident that I won't have to worry about receiving my products :)

The quality of product is satisfying however the delivery time they take feels like forever. I got cover skins for razer laptop last time which took more than a month. This time, I ordered different style cover skin for the same laptop a week ago however there has been no progress update yet. Hope, it may not take that long this time.

I've ordered many times with Dbrand and the products are always good quality. But I had issues with customs. Dbrand send the order in 2 separate packages and because of it Belgian customs charged me the minimum of - +20 euros twice (= 40 euros). I mailed Dbrand customer service about the issue and they paid me back the second €20 rather quickly. And they didn't scam me with coupon codes, they actually paid it back. I am very happy it didn't take a lot of mailing back and forward. The customer service helped me very quick, they were very understanding and they were always friendly.

Best case / skin company ever

I was going to order a simple case, but ended up needing more itens, AFTER I placed the case order! Through their "contact me" form (which is often not given proper attention), they added my extra item, on the same international shipping, as a gift! All that in less than an hour. Couldn't be any better

Apparently whoever the owner is or the person working communication with the customer is unaware of this. My item wasn't shipped after being 2 months late. Then they have the nerve to make jokes about it and state. "Well I hope they are in stock in time "maybe, maybe not". Wat the hell, so strange. They have all the tendencies of a scam website but apparently some people here have received their items. I would not buy from these people. Who wants to wait two months plus and exchange order emails back and forth with a tennager!

They are really at the top when it comes to skins for electronics or glass covers for your phone. Their service is really fun and they help you resolve any issue in no time. Unboxing their products is a happening in it self. You can actually feel the quality. The glass for example has no sharp edges and only one small cut out for the speaker unlike other brands where the glass doesn't reach all the way out to the edge and it's sharp and the whole lip is cut out on the iPhone. Skins are cut with maximum precision too. Perfect fit. Also you can choose if you want the logo cut out or not. I recommend these guys (robots) to everyone.

Top quality products! Bought so far… PS5 dark plates 2.0 & iPhone 13 pro case and glass. Phone case and glass is made to precision and fits like a glove, phone is fully protected. PS5 dark plates 2.0 with light strips just looks compact sleek and sexy now.

When it said grip case I was expecting an easy to put on case, it's not easy to put on feels like I'm damaging my phone trying to take this stupid case off no wonder these things are on sale and I ordered a privacy screen protector these fools gave me a regular one and the skins ohhboy cheap as something from dollar tree if I can return this garbage I would and why is the customer service talk with disrespect.

I love the cases, but they ship stuff out at half the speed of smell. 3 weeks for a phone case. I mean it's literally flashback to 2005. I could've had 15 phone cases delivered from Amazon by now. And to be honest, you can get a similar grip case for less than half the cost, just without the sticker they charge you for.

TLDR: Dbrand makes quality products. If you want something cheaper, get a cheap knock off something from alibooboo. Com. I am not paid nor have I received any free products, (send e free $#*! Dbrand) but I can suggest this company 100%. They talk real, their products are real, and most importantly their customer service is on point. Attached is my most recent customer service reply where I had an issue with my phone case (not a Dbrand grip case) messing up my Dbrand tempered glass.

Not good.

Within four weeks the clear skin was turning yellow and becoming brittle on the edges. It's never kept around a window, only on a side table in the living room or in my purse. You get what you pay for.

I bought dark plates for my Ps5 and loved them some much I bought another set for my son. They gave me a discount for a misunderstanding on my part, not theirs. I made another error and they went the extra mile to fix my problem. They didn't have to, but they obviously care about their customers. What I can tell you is the products they offer are of top quality and stand behind them with great customer service.
