Kudos to datingsitebuilder, because them, I don't need to study years just to have my very own dating website. I contacted them last month and inquired about their package. After asking too many questions, I was convinced that they will provide me all the things that I need in a dating website. Luckily, I was right. The dating software is so easy to navigate (it's recommended even for beginners like me). It allows me to manage the photos, members, customization and overall website without any hassle.

Scammers! They take your money as quick as they can but dont offer any support for their customers. I bought the stand alone dating software for $99 and thought to get a software that works for that price. But the software has many bugs, does not run on PHP 5.5 and main features are missing. Passwords are saved 1:1 into the database without any encryption. If you have no programming knowledge you have to hire a developer in order to get the script running. Do not count on the service that datingsitebuilder.com promises. They will let you wait weeks or months. If you want to start a dating site, do not make the failure and spend your money on datingsitebuilder.com. It is not worth having the trouble later.

After consulting datingsitebuilder back and forth for 2 weeks, I decided to sign up for their Advanced plan which is $49.99. I rather use their web hosting instead of my own, that way I don't have to self manage. After I created my account, I went through a few steps to setup my website which is pretty simple. Once my website was created, I was able to customize using the control panel. I tested few templates until I found the one I liked. After I finished customization, I published my website and all changes I made went live. I must admit that the whole process is quite easy. I have asked for help yet so can't comment much about their support but I hope I would never ask for help if everything can be done by myself.

Hmm, it's been just a few months since I subscribe to datingsitebuilder.com but so far, I like their services.

Customer support- hmm slightly fast, they responded within 24 hours after I emailed them. Though, I'm hoping they can improve it more. Perhaps, 24/7 live chat support.

Profiles- their package includes profiles already so there's no need to start from scratch.

It is hard to cancel and please do not buy a domain from them because they will keep it. They will never answer the phone. Please dont waste your money with them you will be disappointed. You have been warned. They kept billing me after I cancelled.

I started my site with them and from the first month I have had problems. Payment Problems(I pay and they say it was not received, NOW still I have no access to my account after 2 months) next They raise the prices first buy $10.00 and now to $149.99 A month. I have been trying to get my MEMBERS profile and they refuse to give them to me. I even offered to buy the software but still no answer. I have paying CUSTOMERS that are getting ready to lose their access because the Dating Site Builder people will not respond to me. I have tried all the numbers I could find to get some sort of answer and nothing. Now their email doesnt work. So I am up a creek and soon my site that has had a very good name will soon be MUDD.
Does anyone have any ideas how to reach them?

I was hesitated to sign up but after shopping around, I can't find better deal than dating software builder. Since they provide 30 days money back, I decided to give it a shot. After an hour chatting on the live chat, the staff seemed to be "still" very patient. He did answer all my questions, although they don't provide any live demo. I can totally understand that - they don't want people to mess around. No matter what, I signed up finally, for Premium plan. Wish me luck! I didn't go all the way to Enterprise, because I want to test the water first. I might upgrade to Enterprise if I am satisfied with their software and services. My dating website was setup the first day without much help from the tech. The tools are very friendly and easy to use. That's true. I hoped I would run into some kind of trouble so I could buzz the tech. I will post more feedback when I find out more whether it's good or bad.

STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company. As other reviews mentioned, they do not hold up to what they say... they put things off, and do NOTHING but take your money! They delay until your 30 days is up just like the other reviewer stated. I gave them the 7 days they asked for, and then I cancelled, it doesn't take that long to build a web site. I cancelled well within their cancellation period and I am still fighting to get my money back through paypal. Now they won't respond because they are caught in the act of FRAUD. They have cost me loss in business, time, and money. If I have to take them to court, I will. No problem, and they will be paying me more than what they took from me - they cost me a loss in business, time, and money. They are a SCAM, that is all.

After paying for a "Enterprise" subscription, waiting for 7 days, having been hung up on, having been lied to, having been told that it would be finished customization in a day or two having Gordon hang up the phone on me because I wanted to speak to a manager. The only thing these guys seem to know how to do is to charge your credit card immediately. I can not state how upset I am with this group. They have not done one thing they said they would. It is the closest thing to fraud as I have ever seen. I would not trust any of them. I will say that if they actually do get my site up and if by chance its how I speced it my opinion might change but at this point. Run, don't walk from this group.
