Seedy company

Seedy company. Their customer service is lousy, unresponsive, and I think they have one employee who works there. If you need to return items, they start charging additional fees. I would never use them again. Buyer beware.

Hmm, after reading some of these comments I guess I had a lucky star by my name. This site was def. Cheap as advertised. I ordered some nes video games (Kirby and Super Mario Bros) to be exact. I did not break the bank and when I got my shipment, the games worked just fine. I payed with my credit card and the customer service guy called to make sure the order was correct because I live at another address for college. Seemed like a nice guy and the site was very reputable to me. Good luck with other sales!

Well, I guess there is mixed reviews but really I didn't have any problem. Actually I was super impressed with the low prices I received and then received them in much less time than I expected.

I even received a call back like a week later asking if everything was fine with my purchase (something that has never been done for me before by anyone I purchased from).

Overall I can't complain, but I guess from the looks of some of the reviews, you can't make everyone happy.

I should had read the reviews. They have a terrible website that doesn't work well. They took forever to ship my costume I ended up missing my party because of that late arrival. So upset. Don't buy there!

This has got to be the cheapest place on the web. Crazy thing is that i didn't even find them until I had ordered somewhere else, and then canceled my order because it was almost $20 cheaper here. Their site is a little crazy with that wizard but overall I am happy camper. Not sure about the other aspects like returns, but what I purchased is edible, so I don't think I'll be returning it.

I ordered a costume, received the wrong item, tried to contact them about swapping for the right item but none ever answers or returns calls. Paid shipping to return item with a note and still never received a call. Disputed the charge with my credit card company and they are still coming after me and damaging my credit because they sent me the wrong item. I am beyond baffled by this company.

I use them to dropship product to my customers locally because they are the best price. They originally held up my order until they heard from me because it was a larger order, but other than that I didn't have any problems.

I didn't have any problems. I ordered a Gorilla suit. Was good quality, and came in the expected time frame. I was aware of the return policy, so I saved money and didn't have to return anything.

I emailed them, about tracking information, and was replied to in less than 48 hours.

Can't really complain. Will probably look to them for discount purchases in the future.

Do Not Trust This Site
August 12, 2015

I ordered a Super Retro Trio from them, hoping to get it in time for my bday, not only does it never arrive, even after 3 weeks, they took the money and ran. No amount of trying to contact them yeilded any results and ended up being out 80 bucks for nothing.

They charged us three times for merchandise that they never shipped! In their system, they were missing the state, so their order was hung up (even though the zip code and city were in their system - how many other Chicagos are there?). They charged us once, but then credited our account. However, the credit didn't go through, so they charged us again two more times (once again for the original merchandise and once for the credit).

When applying for a loan, I was advised to just pay the amount ($58) rather than fight it and have it affect my credit report. So I did. Now, 5 years later, it is a hit on my credit report again!

So, I paid for merchandise that was never shipped to me, and now I'm going to have to pay for it again or hire a lawyer to clear up my credit report.

Warning! Do not buy at Dascheap!
I cancelled my order, because I refused to give my personal information and a copy of my creditcard (front&back!). Since they allready had my money through Paypal, why would they need this additional (crucial) information!
Luckily I paid with Paypal, which made it possible to make a claim and get my $290 back. Without Paypal I would have lost my money and if I would have been so stupid to give them a copy of my creditcard, I would have lost a lot more!
Do not believe the positive reviews, I m sure they must have written them themselves.

Horrible company to deal with... charged my paypal account within 10 minutes of purchase and its been 20 days with multiple calls into customer service and they still cannot provide me with a tracking number. SCAMMMM STAY AWAY!

I placed an order on November 18,2010 and I still haven't received my items. Now I can't even log into the website! As of today I finally placed a paypal claim against them because it doesn't look like they're going to send my items to me! They also will not answer any of emails and I did notice that they are still taking orders on their site! DO NOT order from this site unless you wanted to be cheated!

I read a lot of reviews after I ordered, three costumes and got a little scared. I had order five items and then was immediately told that two of my items were actually out of stock, and I was ok with it, I only wanted to purchase them cause of the low price. I received my package on time and very happy with the product and I shall be doing business with them again. And if your wondering I'm not fake and I live out in NYC. I have reason to believe that this is a company trying their best and upset customers just complain a lot and make $#*! worse then it really seems -.-.

After having received my payment over paypal within minutes, the have been putting me off for over two weeks now stating, they are unable to deliver to a non-verified address ( Paypal address and shipping address differ). Eventhough shipping address (my sister) is a perfectly normal address with phone number, they keep telling me that it will take longer to refund my money.
Their reviews are a suspicious, I wish I had checked into it before dealing with them.
My advice, stay away

I ordered a spider man costume on sept 25, my paypal money cleared, but i have yet to receive my products, it is now oct 14. I called 2 days ago and they said they would ship it the next day, I looked at it today and it is still on hold. Why lie to me? Now i have to call them today... where is my tracking number? What is the hold up?

Their add shows no freight cost with my order. Place order and at time to check out the freight was much more than the cost of the item. Place a call. No answer. Left a message indicating that I wanted to cancel order. Get email asking to verify my order and establish my account so my order would not be delay. Of course did not verify or establish the account.
Then I get a call next morning telling me that it was too late. Can not cancel and if I wanted to return material it cost 20% restocking charges. This website is a rip-off DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

There were some things I liked and disliked about DasCheap.com. I'll start with the things I did enjoy about it. The process of finding the products and ordering was very simple, the product I ordered was what it said to be in the description and, the product came on time and in good condition.

A few things I disliked about DasCheap.com. After ordering from DasCheap.com the only thing I got was an order confirmation and no information about if it had shipped or, not. I suppose that's the only thing I really had a problem with is that you will receive no information about where the order is and considering the amount of bad reviews this website has received it doesn't help them not sending any tracking number or, an email saying the order has shipped or, had been completed.

Overall, ordering from them wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I didn't have to deal with any returns or, speak to their customer service.
