The assortment of watches is small in itself - they are all round in shape, with a white dial that is simple in design, only its frame changes: gold or silver (for color). The dial is made of durable steel, the watch is thin and looks elegant, despite its simplicity. Male and female design is no different, only the size of the dial. The peculiarity of this watch is interchangeable straps. There are leather (black, brown and variations from them) and multi-colored nylon (NATO straps). A bit of history about these colorful belts - NATO straps come from the British Navy, where divers must use durable nylon belts.

The color scheme of NATO belts is diverse, basically it is either 3 or 4 strips of different colors. As a result, the mix of a multi-colored belt with an elegant watch looks very beautiful even on a fragile female handle.

I got a beautiful pair of earrings and a watch from DW for my girlfriend for her birthday. It was really beautiful on the website so I ordered them for her. Both were rose gold which is her usual jewelry preference. She was ecstatic with the gift and was really really happy with it. Loved her expression after seeing the watch and the simple earrings I got.

Extremely disappointed in their poor customer service. I had received a replacement wristband as a gift. My watch face does not specify the size, so when guiding my friend in what to order, I went by measuring the wristband. I learned once I received it that I had measured incorrectly. Since I was gifted the wristband 30 days after they had ordered it, their customer service said I could not return it. The wristband is still in the box. It's never been worn. This was a gift that I now cannot use.

Got their metal watch. Looks great, fills great, but watch clasp is awful! Why did you have to make it so inconvenient?

Very bad customer services. They are not worth the money. It's been more than 20 days I placed order from their website haven't received it yet. They give fake promises saying that you will get it today or tomorrow. This is their dialogues which they repeat all the time. They have also tie up with dehlivery company for their order deliveries which worst just like this company. Nobody cares for you. My first experience with this company itself was worst. Never recommended. Instead pay 5000 bucks and get it from some reputed companies or offline.
