Dairy Queen Grill and Chill

Went to their Shediac spot last week of June with my family. Broke 1 of my incisers half off on a piece of coconut shell in their chocolate glaze. Called the manager, was told to pay for the dentistry myself. She said it was their policy to do nothing and make me pay for it myself - and then send the Dairy Queen the dentist report. I said that was not fair and I would instead be serving them with court papers to let a judge decide. This is going to cost at least $1000 for that day off work and the dentistry work, and that is what this Dairy Queen owes me. The manager reply to that was it was my fault for not having the patience to wait. Sounded like they hadn't done a recall of the product yet either and this incident was just over 2 weeks ago! What a garbage restaurant. I definitely DO NOT recommend!

Has anyone ordered one of these lately? Hot summer decided it was a good treat, the package changed, so you get less. The top does not close correctly, the "ice cream" tasted like frozen skim milk (no flavor). I am guessing the syrup toppings are supposed to make the flavor? The banana was buried under the globs could not tell if it was fresh kinda yellow looking like frozen. Either way for 4.39 it was horrific, after 2 bites it went directly into the drain. I would have taken it back, but company present does not take anything back.

I took my daughter to Dairy Queen in Silverdale WA. Ridge top Blv. 01/28/2019 The reception we received upon entering was non existent. We actually walked up to the counter where a employee was standing doing some kind of paperwork. She did not notice us at all. I finally stated to my daughter that we would go somewhere that we would be appreciated us as paying customers and have some kind of customer service. She did not even look up. (How Sad) any way I would reconsider going to this particular Dairy Queen Mark A Venezia

Husband and myself went into dairy queen for a bite to eat, it took literally 5 minutes for someone to come to counter to order. There were 3 other employees just visiting with each other in the eating area.
Placed order and got it in less than 3 minutes. My cheeseburger had been microwaved, pickles and buns were so hot I couldn't eat it.
My husband's hotdog was still cold on the inside and cheese was piled up so high with stale cheese. French fries were cold and limp.
We ended up throwing our meals away. Oh there was no ice in the ice machine. Won't be going there ever again and i will make sure my family and friends don't eat there.

I went to the Dairy Queen website and ordered a birthday cake. I was emailed a specific, priorly agreed upon time to pick up the cake--two days later at 2:00 PM. I showed up on that day, and they said they had not received my order. Not only that, they couldn't make the pretty cake for me that was pictured on their site.

Too many companies these days take online orders and then "pretend" they didn't receive the order. They they look at you, like, "Why were you stupid enough to order from us online instead of in person?" (They don't really say that, but you can tell they're thinking it.)

This was the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been too. In Twin Falls on Blue Lakes Boulevard I moved the table and there were magets under it. The food did not taste right and I felt very sick that evening

I hate going through drive thru's as the order is never correct. DQ on 114 in Rensselaer was not busy the night of 8/15 yet the car in front of me waited forever (should of been my first clue) as I was told to pull forward when it was my turn. Food finally showed up, checked bag to make sure everything was in there before leaving. Get home, not even a 5 min drive and my burger was cold on top of having mustard on it which I asked for NO mustard. Therefor I had to scrap the cheese, lettuce, tomato and Mayo off the patty and use my own bun topper, my own lettuce, tomato and Mayo. Should of just made my own burger at home. Kids these days do NOT listen, do NOT take pride in their work and these fast food restaurants can only get kids to work because their pay rate is crap for the way the economy is… You pay like crap, you get crap like help… I need to just quit wasting my time and not go to fast food places anymore as they can never seem to get anything right.

I was at 1608 Bass RD, Macon, GA ******* at 9:45 with 2 cars in front of me By the time i get to order it was 9:57 and none responded. I went to the window and they said its closed and when i asked the DQ phone number they gave me their phone number

I bought a hot dog today that tasted like worms plus it was green. Many years ago your hot dogs wre gteen

We drove 40 minutes with a group of friends to get dessert. There website say they close at 11, we got there at 10:03 and they were closed.

Today I went to Roseburg DQ to eat dinner with my husband and when you walked it there was rotten Oder it made you want to barf and it took 30 minutes to even get your food the Oder was so disgusted
