Daily sale is a false fake product do not buy from them do not buy their product it is fake the don't respond when you try to return your item they ignore your response they are false that's exactly what they did to me I had to pay for the return myself then deliberately ignored pretending that they didn't see you reaching out to them I sent them 50 messages and they refuse to respond and they do not refund my money they are fake just make sure you don't buy their product from them because they're not real and they're not truth
Their customer service is total joke. I have been trying to return an item for 3 weeks now and their "customer service" is a robot with a pre-typed generic reply based on keywords from your email. They have YET to address my actual issue that I have been asking the same question for 3 weeks and they don't even acknowledge the question or the screenshot I send showing the error I have. Every reply is 3-4 days after your email and does not address anything. Its a generic reply to use the return portal after more than 10 emails saying the same thing that I cannot and I've tried!. Worst company I've dealt with, ever. Scam of a company.
Made purchase one day and cancelled that same day, but they could not refund my money. They said it had already shipped, which has not yet shipped two weeks later. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card and filed complaint with BBB. Beware of this company!
I bought refurbished item but I received very dirty and chipped heavy used item so I emailed them numerous times regarding return and refund. However, they never reply me.
Also I tried to return process but it needs to $5.00 shipping fee deduction.
I want full refund because it is totally different with their descriptions.

Ian N, this is my 3 order from dailysale and i've have an issue with everyone. You think i would have learned my lesson. However I decided to give them another try, big mistake. Today I received my order of the VIZIO SmartCast 5,1. Right out the box I can tell there was going to be an issue, there were parts missing no instruction manual and some of the pars( obvious it was a return item) are damaged, the biggest issue however, is the product does not work no sound coming from the subwoofer. I spent a couple of hours on the phone with VIZIO support, but could could not resolve the issue and of course no response from Dailysale
I paid for the product info, never received the product been emailing and getting the runaround for well over a month now with no success told I need to contact the USPS, so I deal with them for 2 hours on the phone with no success. Then the post office tells me that FedEx would have been in charge of delivering because of the tracking number. Daily sale don't know who delivers their products or what? They don't care.
I have order 2 of Create A60 speaker-Systems on September 27 with dailysale.com.
10 minutes after order I realize that we don't need these speaker.
Try to communicate with dailysale.com I see no phone to contact. Only a little popup window say: "Contact Us - We'll respond as soon as we can."
Write down the cancelling request to them 10 minute after order.
Waiting 3 days after still no email respond to my request or inquiry form me (total 4 time contact with dailysale.com via their popup window).
I don't know why they have so many good reviews on google?!
I bought a hose that was defective right out of the package and they would not replace it with a working product. Was told that it was outside of the return policy, but that's when I had a chance to hook it up to the spigot and found out it was full of holes. Take a look at my picture and THIS is the quality of product you will receive. A hose with a waterfall right where it's attached!
The company advertise items on the web site on pictures but when you get the items it is totally different, for example color of products on pictures are different from the actual items, another one is the the show a set of three items (led lights) and they send you only one and the description clearly show lights (more than one). Then they try to trick you on giving you a discount of 20% which is my case is 7 dollars which is not even cover the other lights, some of the products are showing at another site for half the price and finally when they agree that they take responsibility of the error they do not want to cover the return shipping as it should. Very unsatisfied of their customer service and the way they handle bussiness. I will not recommend this online store at all stick with the know one free returns, free delivery no questions ask. Also they too three days to respond to an email for a return request. Shower supposed to be silver and not white as received
Horrible experience, I ordered 2 hand held games. One worked, the other has deep scratches on the screen, and all of the control buttons on the right side was broken. I tried contacting them countless times. They sent me automated messages from a fake chat person. The messages didn't even relate to my complaints?
Absolutely the worst customer service in history. Ordered something tried to contact him two days later. Couldn't get in touch with anybody. Contacted them via email 17 times. Within the 30 days. Could not get in touch with anybody. Now the sudden two months later I'm getting emails left and right from them telling me that is outside of the date of my return. What idiots I know I even send them the emails that I sent for 2 months asking for help. They keep replying I'm sorry we can't help you can't return the product it's outside of your return date. It's like robotic. You cannot get help on anything. Will not be buying from this place I thoroughly enjoy my air fryer. But none of the parts are there to enjoy the inside of it I had to buy parts compatible to it. Ridiculous and rude customer service.
I purchased a garden hose back in June that within 2 weeks of purchase broke. They did replace it for me with another hose that within another month or so of purchase was broken also! They advised me that because it was outside of the 30 days it cannot be replaced! You have to be kidding me that a hose is supposed to last less than a month! I have a hose that I purchased from Home Depot that is going on three years and no problems at all!
I purchased some items from this store that looked good online. However, what I received was cheaply made merchandise made outside of the United States. Moreover, they give you an issue about returning their junk items.

Silicone facemask smells at first but it no longer is. I suppose and believe it's true when it's on label, Sanitized by UV. Stretchable and ear loop is adjustable. Love the 10 filters with it!
I bought an IPAD that is not working and there is an email to contact the Dailysale.com but no one reached out to me to get a replacement or a refund and there is no other way to contact the seller to return the item. This is the worst site to shop
They claim that customer service is their #1 priority, yet I have not received a single response to the multiple (~10) emails I have sent regarding an incorrect delivery address that needs correction. Nor does anyone answer the phone--it just directs you to the email address that no one responds to.
I will never order from this company again.
I ordered a magic kit for a child's birthday. 14 days later a helicopter came in the mail. I wrote over 20 emails, using different methods of contacting them. I only receive computer generated responses. No attempt has been made to correct their error.
They get you by selling broken and used items, then when you want to return them you have to open a case with paypal or your CC because they never respond!
When Paypal finally makes them accept your return, it turns out that you have to pay for shipping it back. In my case the shipping cost was almost as much as the item. So, I am faced with a decision to either keep a vacuum which does not work, is clearly used and still dirty ( they did not even make the effort to clean it), or to pay almost as much as the cost of the vacuum to send it back to them.
Paypal is on their side, because they have figured out a way to make paypals system work in their favor.
It's too late for me but if you are playing a buy something from dailysale thinking that they will honor their policy of half hassle free returns or your money back. Forget it. It took me 5 emails and 2 claims on pay pal to get a response to return a faulty miss represented face mask. I was offered instead of sending the product pothouse a 50% refund on a gift card. I will never never ever buy from this place again. How they got good reviews is a mystery to me. It took a really long time to get the product and the face mask has no place for my ears. The photograph shows somebody with really long hair which covers up the sides of the face mask. I'm returning it and it has taken me over 3 hours to return a poor product which really shouldn't be worth my time. I wrote a bad review of the product and they never posted which is very deceptive.
