Huge thank you to the team at the Pasadena, CA CycleGear location. They worked with me to find the right helmet to suit my needs, and made expert recommendations based on the questions I was asking. Very satisfied with my purchase and my experience here.
I am so blessed to have Matt and his crew to take care of all my needs! Always a pleasure to deal with, and professional. I look forward to my next purchase of motorcycle parts and accessories! Thanks for being here for us!
I was very excited to find what I needed and it was exactly what I wanted. The checkout process was very quick and easy. My package arrived in two days and it was very well wrapped and protected so that it was delivered safely.
I bought front and back AX41 tires and the date codes were 0524 and 4923 respectively. In the 11th week of 2025, I would expect fresher tires from a high-volume seller. Unfortunately I needed them, or I might have returned them.
Great shop to buy motocross and enduro gear! I went there to try some gear, and got specialized information about the products I got. Was very helpful to make my decision and buy what I really needed.
I ordered a Klim jacket and went it came in it was too big, so we send it back with the guys at cycle gear and ordered a smaller size and received it 5 days later cause of a shipping screw up. I was supposed to get it in 2days.
Overall, I was very pleased with the shopping, shipment and delivery. It was the product itself I was very unpleased with. This is directly due Cardio's poor accessory development program. Many of their headsets have very similar & close designs, however these slightly altered designs make it difficult to choose the correct accessory-especially if you dont read the small. Print... smh. Instead of only needing 1 kit, I may have to buy 2 or 3, just to get what I need, while others simply have to buy 1. How about sticking to one base foundation to make it easier on the customer and company.
Shopping with Cycle Gear either online or in store is always a great experience. Online orders ship fast and arrive quickly, always packaged well arrive undamaged. Shopping in store is even better because of the helpful and friendly staff.
I ordered a new front Rosso III tire for my Diavel. I had it shipped to the store only because I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting an old tire (an old new tire). I got a great price on the tire and had no issues getting it shipped to my local CycleGear store. The delivery didn't take very long, like a week or a week and a half. I went down to pick up the tire and checked the manufacturing date on it (2824), which means it was manufactured on week 28 of 2024. Week 28 is the second week in July of 2024. So the tire is roughly a little over 7 months old, which is great. I didn't want to get a new tire that was manufactured two or three years ago. Overall, I had a great experience with Cycle Gear; the price, the shipping time, and the product were everything I expected it to be.
Great tire, but service in store where I ordered was ok, guy told me 5 days max, MAX (his exact words) for shipping. I ordered Sunday, and needed the tire for next Saturday (6 days). The guy in the store told me I should receive it in 3 or so days, he's just telling me 5 to be safe. I received the tire in 8 days, next Monday. I could have ordered from a different site to receive it on time. Not happy.
I've ordered gear through CycleGear both in store and online multiple times. I've always had a great experience. When shopping in store, their staff has always been very helpful. When shopping online, I've found their web presence easy to use and delivery to be timely.
Overall, finding my product online and shipping it to a nearby store was super easy, well communicated, and streamlined. I have no complaints here as their system is pretty well thought out, at least when it came to purchasing boots. My only issue is my product, which I bought new, came with few scuff marks.
My last 3 orders should have had 2nd day delivery since I'm an RPM member but they have all been shipped via ground and have taken approximately a week to arrive. Support basically told me that they don't know why and that it's too late to do anything after the order has shipped. I can understand a single order having an issue but not all 3!
My children bought me a vest for xmas it was 1 size to big. The cycle gear employees took great care of me and had the correct size in 2 days no questions asked. I received an email went to get it and they were waiting for me. Great people
Called in to see if visor was available in store. It was not but the counter gal was able to pull it up, order it, and have it delivered to the house (w/o shipping fee). Got the correct visor a few days later. It's on the helmet and performing as advertised.
I don't know where CG and Revit got their size info, but even though my wife's measurements were right in the middle of the size range, the pants wouldn't come close to fitting. On the plus side, we just rode down to our local CG store and it was happily returned and refunded by the helpful folks there.
I easily found the item I was looking for at a competitive price and the checkout as a guest was super easy, although I'm not sure why I got a warning about shipping to a PO box. I got plenty of emails about order status and shipping, the product arrived promptly and was exactly what I was expecting.
This was my first time going to a Cycle Gear store. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise and about helping me sign up for additional savings for that purchase and future purchases.
I forgot the name of the employee that was assisting me, but he helped me pick out the right set of tires for my bike. It's my first bike and I didn't want to spend too much money on some ultra high performance tires. He was very informative about a few tire options that I should seek for my riding purposes and helped me settle on a set that was a balance between street performance and price. Thanks!
Great experience refurbishing my shoei neotec helmet. Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable helping me get new size padding for my helmet. Order was shipped and arrived in no time. Only glitch was my RPM membership wasn't linked to my cyclegear account so didn't get RPM free shipping or discount.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
We are sorry you had this experience we will be contacting you to help get your issue resolved.
