I recently purchase a helmet from Cycle Gear. There was confusion from what I was given at the store and when I call Cycle Gear, but after sharing my concern, they made things right. I was really taken back with the attention to customer service.

I was told in the store my military discount would apply to this item, and I could get it online, however when I called I was told differently. I'm not sure who is accurate but I feel Cycle Gear should have a clear policy for all to understand.
It was a painless experience. I was hesitant because I didn't have a chance to try it on in person so I had to go with the sizing chart that was adjacent to the helmet selection. When the helmet arrived it fit perfectly!

We had stopped into your store in Clifton Park and that was awesome. Your selection was grand. My wife found a jacket that fit but it was a little tight. So we ordered the next size up. The price was great delivery was fast, But the jacket was still not right for size, So we are returning it to the store to hopefully find something that fits.
