I was notified on Tuesday afternoon that my tires had arrived at Cycle Gear. I immediately put my bike on the lift, removed both wheels, and delivered them to Cycle Gear Tuesday evening. I spoke with the store on Thursday to ask for a status report and the best they would promise was Friday evening. I actually got a call mid-morning Friday and picked up my wheels. The Queue system is ridiculous! I SHOULD have been told to bring my wheels in Friday morning because of backlog=2 more ride days!
I purchased a pair of Sedici Marco2 pants. Within a year I had to exchange them twice. Once the zipper broke and the second time because the Velcro was coming disconnected from pants in two locations. I am very thankful that the pants had a warranty. I did upgrade to a pair of Klim pants this time. I would have liked to be able to try them on before purchasing like I was able to with the Sedici pants. Your staff was very knowledgeable and was able to help with suggestions about a better quality product, since I was having issues with the Sedici pants. The pants were delivered in a decent time frame. The fit was good. Hopefully these will hold up to almost daily use while commuting.

I walked into the store and was greeted immediately by the manager on duty at the time, he asked if there was anything he could do to help and I didn't have any questions at the time, but when I came back later he was super helpful and gave me a lot of great advice, the second time I came in was just as good with different people, they helped me get my helmet set up with my Bluetooth speaker and gave me even more advice and helped guide me to what might suit me best for when I choose to purchase a motorcycle.
I was able to track the product that I ordered. The store contacted me shortly after the tracking showed that it was delivered to them.
My order was acknowledged within 24hours by em, then shipped on time and acknowledged by em and received on time and in perfect condition. I couldn't ask for better service in a day when service is greatly missing in today's society. Thanks for a refreshing experience.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
