I purchased a Shoei Neotec3 helmet in January, a waste of money. I tried to make it work, but I missed the return period and decided to try the Sedici Sistema II and it fit my needs.
I went in for a helmet I ordered. The one I ordered was too small, but staff was able to do a return as store credit and I chose a helmet from their rack that was my size that I was very pleased with. Also bought a jacket for my daughter and all worked out perfectly.
The web page would not allow me to fill in my credit card security code. I had to refresh the page 3 times. I filled in the rest of my info and when I clicked check out, it took me to the beginning asking me to sign in even thought i was doing a guest check out. I had to go through all that all over again. Happened last night when I bought a helmet.
This is likely the last time I shop on this site.
Great good price! Will buy more tires from y'all very happy.
Had a few questions on full face helmets and one of the staff members had very good understanding of each style of helmet which pointed me in the right direction for better comfort on longer rides.
The product came in great condition and fast definitely buying more
I like the product. I like the customer service. The sales representative was very knowledgeable. Understood what I was looking for. Very helpful. Remember me from past purchases made me feel like family.
Called cyclegear bolingbrook
Guy on phone was so nice and helpful but explained had to order in store
Guy at store ordered and had sent free to house we received in 2 days
Pads were correct and we'll use cyclegear again
I love being able to go into the physical store and actually see the stuff and talk to people.
What I don't love is seeing that I could have ordered the same product from RevZilla, which would have come from the same warehouse and same company at the same price, but I might have gotten some ZillaCash with it.
Still, can't complain. Appreciate the service!
Easy to buy and advertised mounting prices cheaper if ordered from cycle gear. Was disappointed to hear they couldn't mount due to size/. Perhaps website should say that.
Very pleased with being provided alternative choices and solutions
My experience was cool as expected. Nice to be in a bike shop again after a long time. Cool employees to talk to and get some good insight on the latest stuff.
Great customer service ordering through these guys... Gor it ahipped to the store for free and they installed it for free as well...
Cycle gear in Henderson NV stepped up their game by opening a site in the Mall! Nice store! Man chair seating too! Friendly workers. Store didnt have everythng we needed but they ordered & shipped what was mssing.
I always get great service at Vancouver, Washington CG. Angel (Store Manager) is totally amazing in her knowledge of product and options, as well as personalized service. She remembers everyone's name when they come in and she rides a boss KTM, so she walks the talk.
You want to keep that one, she runs the best Cycle Gear around!
East, good comparison capability, good video description.
My daughter was looking a specific Fox boot, but we were unsure if it was the correct boot because she saw it in another store but I wasn't showing the same online so our guys at the Chico,Ca location especially Colin went on the hunt to make sure the numbers were matching in the system and to make sure that they were the right boots before ordering... We got them in 2 days and my daughter was so so happy..
The order and delivery process was fairly easy and fast. Nothing else to add
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
