I performed the measuring of my head Exactly as described, but when I got the helmet, found it to be too small. Schuberth helmets fit more snug than any other helmet brand. After reordering the next size up, I find it to be rather snug too, but hope it will 'wear in' in due time. The snug fit it what gives them the low wind noise everyone talks about. I have yet to find out, as I am waiting on new headsets for both helmets. Looking forward to a quieter ride then my previous helmet.

I had stopped in to order some motorcycle tires when I got there I didn't really know what size I needed but Kirby helped me out and got me the sizes I needed and the tires were a good price when I went to pick him up only one was there and I had already dropped my bike off at the tire shop so I took the one tire had them install that the other one came in they personally took it down there for me and it got installed the same day I was on a time crunch I really respect the cycle gear family for helping me out when a time that I needed it I really appreciate it and I will come back to buy some more stuff from cycle gear and Kirby himself good people and good business I really appreciate it
Bought a set of barkbuster plastics for my 300l. They were apparently the wrong set that does not attach to the standard wrap around metal guards and did not include screws. These worked.

This was our second Bike cover we purchase thru Cycle Gear as they were the same cover and the lasted one was several years old (in the Texas heat be luck it last a year). We have purchase a lot of stuff from Cycle Gear online & in store and we have ever had a problem.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
