Fast Shipping, Great Customer Service. Highly recommend.
The customer service is amazing. Everyone inside is very knowledgeable with the type of bikes and parts required. Always providing feedback and advice when it comes to certain aspects of items as well which is super cool!
I tried on several pairs of boots at my local Cycle Gear store, however, selection was really limited and targeted for sports bike riders. I also didn't want clunky Harley boots for my cruiser so I searched until I found these gems from Icon. Heck, I actually found several great selections from Icon that have the quick release system. No more laces! I would highly recommend these for anyone looking for comfortable boots with a great look and best of all, no laces. I did have to go up a half size to get the best fit.
It's always a great experience shopping with Cycle Gear.
Bought my item at store. Staff was super friendly. Had item shipped home. Came in reasonable time
Easy to work with Knowledgeable staff. Explained everything very well.

A really good experience with CycleGear. The clerk that took my order was great and went above and beyond. Awesome overall experience!
Had a great experience shopping with cycle gear. Ordered online but needed to return because alpine stars boots run a size big. Took the return into the store and they took care of it fast and efficiently! Will be coming back for any of my gear needs. Great experience
Great. DONT force people to give you 50 characters if you want the survey done. 🥴
I bought an AGV K3 helmet and wore it for one ride. After discovering that it was much too tight, I called and advised the employee of the situation and he advised me that if the helmet was in like new condition, I may return it for the correct size. I returned my old helmet and we discovered that the Tacoma, Wa. Store had one in stock, so they had it shipped it to Spokane, I picked it up after they installed my JBL speakers and I was truly pleased. Great experience and I look forward to using Cycle Gear in the future for all of my riding needs.
Simple, great experience, all was excellent, I am going to buy again soon
Ordered a shoei rf 1400 and received a Simpson helmet in a shoei box, had to return and now helmet I want is out of stock.
Knowledgeable staff. Having an actual store where you can handle the items prior to purchase is very helpful.
Fortunately the item I really wanted showed up really fast. The spray I ordered though seemed like it was forgotten about and that took forever to get.
Able to find what I needed quickly and the site filtered out exactly what I needed for my bike. Quick ordering process and fast shipping.
Shane was very friendly and helpful! I was looking for a three quarter helmet with a face shield and he got me exactly what I needed.
It was somewhat easy to look the parts up and order. With a fair $
I wanted some adjustable clutch and brake levers for my Harley Ultra. I ordered them through Cycle Gear in Salem Oregon. In a matter of days I received the PSR adjustable levers and I appreciated the military discount. I am impressed with their customer service and the friendly staff.
Customer service chat was great, they helped complete the order so I didn't have any surprises after my large items delivered, they showed up via fed ex in less then a week! Thanks!
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
