Came as described and salesmen were very helpful, after being very disappointed with a previous brand, I was glad to see how helpful the team was.
The product is awesome. The delivery time has a bit to be desired.
Flawless shopping, quick shipping! Product was packaged very well.
Love these Frogg Togg rain pants for motorcycling. I like the "reach through" pockets, the reflective piping. And how light weight they are. AND they are made for women (often a rarity in motorcycle clothing). However, the right leg of my first pair melted on my pipes. It seems the heat resistant material is not quite in the correct place. Ordered two replacement pairs because it seems this particular product is being discontinued. WHY?
Delivery and available pickup was quick and ready on time. I was contacted by store staff as well as automated messages (email and text) to advise that my order was ready for pickup.
Store manager, Rick helped with my pickup and setup of my new Shoei helmet.
Very friendly, knowledgable, and did a great job setting up my visor and comms.
I was given a promo code and it didn't work. It said for first time buyers which I am. Therefore I gave 4 stars.

I have not installed it yet. But had great service and the package was wrapped up real good.
Very comfortable. Haven't used yet, just a test fit, and am really impressed with the quality and fit thus far.
The site was supper easy to navigate and the diversity was exceptional
Great service I came in with little knowledge and was explained about the gear from jackets to boots to locks and helmets.
Jon at the Salem store made finding the right helmet for my child so easy.
Motorcycle tool kit received was great. Item works fine as described. Problem was with fed ex. It was delayed 5 days
Easy web site. Advertised shipping in 24 hours. It took over 48. It still arrived in the time fed ex said (a couple days) we only have a short riding season i was looking for the fastest shipping. Thats why i got it here and was disappointed that it didnt ship in the 24 hours as advertised
Love my new helmet. Took a little longer than initially expected but it was well worth the wait.
I had a Wonderful experience overall. Would order from cycle gear online again.
I visited the OKC location many months ago and spoke to Hayden about Schuberth C3 Pro helmets. I returned to purchase two full-size motorcycle covers from him in January 2024. The Schuberth C3 Pro helmets I wanted went on sale over Labor Day and I was able to place my order for home delivery with Hayden by calling the store from western Iraq, where I am deployed as an Army civilian. Hayden made quick work of my order and the helmets arrived in perfect condition at my residence in central Oklahoma a few days later. I will visit the OKC tore and Hayden once again to outfit the helmets with Cardo communications systems. Thanks again, Hayden, for a very positive experience!
I like the jersey very much. Granted it is not my first pick I thought it is a good value.
No problems whatsoever. From ordering to receiving. Received quick and in great condition.
This is my third Exo-R1 Air helmet, and I couldn't be more happy with Scorpion products. The R1 Air fits really well, and the cheek pump helps some to get that extra squeeze if you need it. The fit and finish is very good, and the ventilation is good also. In my opinion, there is no better bang for the buck when it comes to quality helmets. I unfortunately have crash tested one, a side hit from a low side, and it did it's job like it was supposed to. Cycle Gear site is easy to order from, and quick to ship. Will do much more business with them.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
