Sales person at Palm Desert store was not able to print a sale receipt do to computer issues, I'm the kind of person that does not rely on wireless receipt, paper is always better for me. Sales rep at store has complained about the IT support there.
I purchased this helmet at a great sale price because of the color and the brand. The checkout was fast and easy and the product arrived in excellent condition.
The cree at the Hiram Georgia store are the best. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the various products (helmets and communication equipment) and were very knowledgeable understanding when we had to return some items. They made further recommendations to my wife and me. Would recommend them to anyone.
Had a great experience online and in person. Raleigh, NC. Great prices also. Good customer service.
My wife and I went in to get her gear but unfortunately this store didn't have everything she found online. The guy helping us ordered everything and said if it doesn't fit they will order something different or a larger size, no charge. That was really cool. Thankfully when it came in it all fit.
Fast shipping. Excellent service from the guys at my local store.
I called trying to fit my Thruxton with new tires. I'd checked many sites for recommendations. I called your Pasadena location and spoke with Anthony. Not only did he recommend a set of tires that I love, but he prepared my order so that I could walk through the doors, hand him my card and still make it to in time to pick up my niece from school. That's old school service.
I ordered a windshield from CG where the description said "returned item" and "minor blemishes". I got a discount due to the return and blemishes. I didn't really find any blemishes on the windshield. I was very pleased with the windshield. It's now on my bike.
The folks at the Peoria AZ store are awesome. Genuinely friendly, knowledgable and super helpful. They have made some really great suggestions when I've been trying to decide on gear or parts. Thank you!
Ordered some new shinko 241s for my bike and some tubes, they showed up in 3 days!
Was shocked how quickly my return was handled and store credit given. I was out $36.00 for shipping my helmet back.
Bought three times online, every time it was without any issues
Staff were very friendly. Helped to order necessary accessories online, answered for all questions, helped to find item in my budget
Easy to sign in and purchase once I navigated around all of the links to buying it from Amz
It was good. I ordered one part it showed up in a timely manner.
I ended up using two devices to look up and compare the different armors I was looking at because I was having a hard time switching back and forth between them to see what the differences were. Once I decided what I wanted, it was simple enough to add to my cart and check out. Items arrived exactly on time, unlike the stuff I ordered from a different site that I had to cancel because the back-order got postponed. CycleGear had it in stock and in enough abundance that I had choices of which brand to get.
Came in and there was no women's boots at all to try on, had to try on similar brand in Men's sizing which is different so then boots came and did not like and fit same as the men's
Chico guys are very knowledgeable and professional would buy from them again.
This place is awesome! Shout out goes to Brandon amd Danny! Thank you guys for all the tips and helping me get the right gear since I'm a first time rider! Everyone at the store is friendly and willing help you get whatever you are looking! My favorite store!
I ordered a helmet on Sunday and had it by Wednesday! Fast service and great price!
Everyone was on point and very professional. Will return in the future.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
