The product i purchased got never delivered to me. They just say the courier service said they delivered my package to locker room(i wasn't registered to any locker service). When I contacted the customer support they were rude and didn't try to help me. They didn't even respond to my emails.

All was good until I received my new helmet. When I opened the box, the inner box containing the helmet appeared to have already been opened. Additionally, when I connected my bluetooth helmet to my PC, I discovered the helmet had already been connected to someone else. So far, everything seems to be OK but I am feeling that this helmet was a return and was reshipped to me. I am not feeling too good about that.
The purchasing experience was great. The shipping experience was horrible. UPS to USPS. Package ends up in no mans land, each shipper points a finger at the other. Crazy! My item finally arrived, and all is good. Just a bit frustrating with the shipping end of it.
I ordered riding boots online from Cycle gear based on YamiNoobs review. CycleGear shipped and delivered in two days. Amazing. Size was spot on and I couldn't be happier. I love how if anyting is not right I can also just bring it back to their local stores if needed. Win win. I'll be back for my future riding gear needs. Great selection.
Sadly I had to return the boots. Just too hard to put on. I will search for other options. The return was excellent I got back all my cash I paid.
I went to my local Cycle Gear to pick up a new visor for my Shoei Neo-tech 2 and they didn't have it in stock so they ordered it and shiped to my house! It was there in 2 days.

Paid extra for overnight shipping and product arrived in 5 days. Customer service didnt help at all with credit card issue on 2 order. Cycle gears internet platform would not allow me to use my card and cs said it was the billiing info on my card that wasn't matching. I called my bank to validate my card information and proceed to attempt my order woth no success. Cycle gear ca continuing to say it was my cards billing info. I attempted 4 more different cards and the cycle gear platform would not accept my forms of payment. I attempted to place order with my sons card and same issue arose. Customer service had zero answers for me and basically left me with no options to place and pat for my order. Ultimately i had to use the zip option and it finally went thru. Will not be ordering from cycle gear again.

My dad and I went into this store to buy a full face helmet. The sales associate was very helpful, but not intrusive and did not hover over us. I tried a number of helmets, and once I selected one the associate ordered a new one online and it was shipped directly to my house. It arrived 3 days later and is exactly as expected. I'm very happy with it

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
