I originally ordered a set of wheels and tires for my car, the process was easy online and my order actually arrived early. Unfortunately they were slightly too small so I wanted to exchange for a larger size. You can only communicate with this company through email for returns which is extremely frustrating because you only get one response per day so the process has taken weeks to get anything accomplished. I was told it would be $400 to return my wheels which is extremely high, I think if you are purchasing more expensive wheels and tires than your original order you should get a free exchange for spending more money. Then I was told I would have to supply my own wooden pallet and straps to send them back even though they didnt arrive to me on a pallet. I then tried to schedule a pickup date and was told I would have to drive them to a UPS store to drop them off and when I questioned why I had to drop them off when I was told they would be picked up, they said it was cheaper for them if I dropped them off rather than them schedule a pickup, but I would still have to pay the same amount. So they make their customers do all the work to make it cheaper for them but still charge you the same amount. I tried numerous times to call and talk to a manager/higher up and never received a call back. This company is greedy and has terrible customer service. I will no longer be doing an exchange and will be purchasing my wheels and tires from someone who appreciates their customers and will make sure everyone I know does not purchase from this company.
Alright experience besides tires on reverse and one rim was chipped and scratched couldn't tell until I unpacked every tire last one had the damage and it's my spare

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST retail experience I've ever had. Don't believe the "5 star reviews on Google and Facebook" - Those are 100% hand-picked reviews by their very own company to make themselves look good. If you look at non-biased sites such as this one, people are generally UNHAPPY with their purchases. There's so many negative things to say that I'll try to summarize in points:
1) My order was processed incorrectly, where I was charged extra, and quoted for tires that I didn't select to purchase.
2) I talked to Aaron (on the phone) from their sales department, who told me a specific set of tires were in stock. I made the order through him, and I received an email saying that the tires were backordered, and I'd have to wait indefinitely for the new tires.
3) My order was delayed for 1.5 months, with no notification until I contacted them.
4) When I finally received the wheels, the tires mounted on the wheels DID NOT fit my truck. Mind you these are tires recommended by Aaron based on the truck that I just purchased and spoke with him about.
5) I contacted Aaron, Chard, and Damian, with none of them responding or trying to make the situation right.
6) I had to purchase new tires myself, and swap out the tires, all on my own dime.
7) The rims I bought from Custom Offsets were treated with a protective ceramic coating (I paid extra for this). Within 2 months, my rims are already pitting and rusting on ALL 4 wheels. Look at the photos.

Terrible place to order from. I my items the site they were all in stock just to have a email 10 days later saying that the wheels were out of stock. Reordered and the representative double checked that the items were in stock at the manufacturer. Ordered new wheels and got a notification a couple of days later that the wheels were inbound to the warehouse. Waited 3 weeks and emailed the company asking where the wheels were. They responded by saying that the manufacture sent them already and were still waiting for it to get there. When I asked for the tracking info that's when they decided to tell me that actually, the manufacturer couldn't find them and I had to reorder wheels again. When I tried to ask for a refund no one wanted to email me back, I even completed the cancellation feature on their website still nothing. After 4 days I finally called and after being on hold they finally decided to refund and I'm just waiting for the refund now. This process took almost two months. Good luck with the company if you still decide to order from them!

Order a wheel and tire package. Expressed I wanted black lug nuts. When the order popped up it had chrome on. I call back twice and was assured they would be black. Wheels showed up and not only were they chrome but did not even fit the wheels. Called the person that sold them to me and he could not be bothered to help he passed me on to customer service and the said the would have the correct nuts sent out that day. An hour later I received a email stating the nuts were out of stock. I call again was told someone would call me back about the issue. That never happened called again the next day and finally spoke to someone who helped me. Wheels and tires were fine had to wait an extra week to get the correct lug nuts. Sale person was my best friend till the sale was made then turned into a ghost. Having call repeatedly for an issue that should have been corrected before shipping is just sad. Oh and the guy who repeatedly txt my phone trying to upsell me stuff I didn't need was obnoxious to. I will not be use this site again.
Matthew - We do apologize as it seems there was some clear disconnect on your order as depending on the application, certain lugs are not available. For example, should you have a wheel with a center cap that covers the lugs, we would only provide chrome lugs. However, it seems in this case that may have not been true. I ordered 4 tires and they were at my doorstep 3 days later I couldn't believe how fast they shipped especially when other websites and dealers were out of stock.

I've ordered one from you guys and it was perfect, the second time the rims I ordered didn't come with caps had to buy separate, it doesn't say cap were separate on top of the 1400 dollars I spent to by the rims I had to spend another 75 for caps also I ordered lug nuts the charge me 50 dollars for some 10 dollar lug nuts they didn't send me the ones pictured, I wasn't happy with this order

The tires and wheels were great! They shipped the wrong size lugnuts so I went and bought some at a local auto store and they reimbursed me for the lugs. They are easy to work with.

Viewers please read I went on custom offset website typed in my car. I needed rims and tires for purchase the set up that they require. I guess the tires a month later they will fit my truck huge so I call of course nobody answers leave a voicemail. Finally someone calls me back they said it's my fault I ordered those tires and I can return them and get the right size. I told them it was on their website but they said I could buy anything I want I understand that but I'm not a mechanic so I typed in the car I'm looking for tires and rims for, I made a slice in the packing to check out the rims I like them they gave me a shipping label. I shipped them back to get the right size and even swap. If not, they owe me money cause I'm trading a truck tire for a car tire no I owe them $700. I don't know where this came from besides a $200 restocking fee OK the other $495 I don't even know what it's for and they don't either as I emailed 5000 emails later to find out what it's for and they don't know, so I gotta make an even swap. You guys messed up the size in the first place so there is no even swap even if I went with the cheapest tires I still owe money when the tires I bought $1000. The cheapest ones are 600 but I still owe money, has that make sense they're saying I owe $135 and I bought the $#*!tiest tires they got but guess what I'm something else for my set up I need hub spacers good thing you didn't send it again with the wrong $#*!. This company is a con artist. I recommend anyone that to go through somebody else local. This is my second order through them. My first order one year two days later I found my rims were corroding in my storage unit in the winter because I took them off for the winter guess what one year warranty not covered two days after my warranty over is when I found them all corroded to $#*! junk don't go through them. Tell him to pick up the phone to it's 2024. You don't have to email everything pick up the damn phone.
Jason - Obviously some misunderstanding here as we allow customers to make buying decisions based on their own fitment knowledge. In our FAQs it is very clearly stated that fitment is the responsibility of the customer and if a customer should ever not be knowledgeable about fitment, we ask that they reach out prior to ordering so we can assist in fitment. This, however, we not the case as we were not contacted prior to the order, hence the restocking fees being issued as this fee includes the cost of return shipping, restocking fees with the vendor, and labor fees to dismount product. I RECEIVED MY NEW RIMS IN A VERY SHORT TIME. SHIPPING WAS EXCEPTIOANL. ANDREW HAD GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF THE WHEELS I WAS SHOPPING FOR. UNFORTUNATLY I HAVE NOT INSTALLED THEM YET SO I CANNOT VERIFY THAT THEY FIT. BUT I WAS ASSURED THAT THEY WOULD.

I ordered almost 10k in parts on January 31st 2023. It's now May 9th 2023 and I am still getting the runaround. Everything that I ordered except the wheels was supposed to be delivered 3 days after I placed my order. After waiting months I finally receive what's supposed to be my order and the rear lift blocks for my Icon 4.5 lift kit for my 2007 Dodge 2500 does not fit. I was instructed by Icon to remove the flat plate that's welded to the axle. I explained why this is incorrect in a video and they told me to go through the company I ordered the lift from for questions. Went back to custom offsets and received no help. After 3 months of bs I asked for my money back. Custom offsets sends me a pallet with one box, two pieces of flat foam, and a packing envelope to ship my order back. Keep in mind that I had to be home to receive this package, and that's another day away from work for me. I ordered 5 wheels and tires, exhaust tip, stage 4 icon lift, and some merchandise. This does not fit on one pallet. So they waist more of my time forcing me to send pics of what I explained to them that I had for packing material, and now I wait some more. I highly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company.
Answer: Not very easy and when you finally get through, is like no one knows wtf they're doing. It's sad and pathetic.
