Poor, I talked to a representative to make sure tires would fit on my vehicle and was told that they would. They ended up not fitting and now I'm stuck with $1400 worth of tires that I can't use. And to return them I would loose over $500 for restocking and shipping fees.

New rims pitted. Filed claim in March. After 90 days of waiting. I finally concated manufacturer and suggested that since they still had my rims on back order. Decided to go from 17 inch to 20 inch. I did all leg work. Custom offset sent 1 rim instead of 4. I had to email and call to get ut fixed. Then they charged me almost 500 dollars more for 20 inch Tim's. I think after 3 months and me doing all the work. They could have done me better...

The options to pick wheels and tires do not match what you request.
I put no rubbing. The wheels offered should not have been an option, and not knowing this, I did select them. My truck has now been sitting for over two weeks because it rubs so much against the crash bar it cannot be driven.
They were fast with delivery - one day early. Sales was responsive for a couple of questions prior to getting the tires mounted.
Several phones calls after mounting (I was disconnected when put on hold, also while waiting to be connected) I have a truck that looks nice, but cannot be driven unless I buy a 2500$ lift or have the crash bar trimmed and the wheel well removed.
The last conversation with a human left me disappointed.
Marcie - we understand your frustration with the fitment of your current wheel/tire package. We do suggest what wheels or tires may fit, however, we also recommend that the wheels and tires are test fitted before being driven on, just incase there is any kind of running issue. Tires and wheels were packaged nearly and no flaws but they arrived a day late. They had to be signed for upon delivery and when they didn't arrive on scheduled delivery I had to arrange for someone to be there. Very inconvenient!
