Printed items are fantastic and I will continue to purchase such items because of the quality and quick turnaround. However, my experience with ordering embroidered items was not as successful. Many of the towels we ordered had our logo placed at an angle vs. even with the hem of the towel. So when you held it up, it looked completely crooked.
Everything was wonderful! The only surprise was that I could have several projects via the website. That wasn't clear to me at first. Being able to see several versions of my project helped me decide what to order. Very helpful! I received my shirts faster than anticipated and was impressed with the quality and design placement. From start to finish,(which i might add was exactly one week from when I went on the website and designed my shirts and received them in the mail) my experience with Custom Ink was SUPER AMAZING ALL AROUND!
