The quality of the product is very good and that includes the digital printing, it doesn't easily crack or peel like other printed shirts. I have a few shirts made from custom ink and they have remained in great condition even after a few years.
Simply stated, the final product, customized face masks with a specific logo, were beautiful. The logo transfer was flawless, the color rendition bright and outstanding and the quality of the cotton material was top notch. These customized face masks were created for the entire staff (teachers, administrators, aides and custodians) of an Elementary School. When I presented them to the principle, her smile lite up, tears came to her eyes and she squealed with delight. She was so appreciative and proud to have them. I was proud to present them to the school.
Once again the baseball shirts were perfect. I soon discovered that the shirts appeared to be too large for the label XL. I thought they were 2XL by mistake, or even 3XL. Then I remembered that they do shrink... quite a bit! In the past you generously replaced some shirts for me that I thought were labeled wrong. This time I soaked them all in hot water then washed them in hot water and finely dried them on HIGH heat. The result was just what the doctor ordered. Thanks! I suggest that you mention shrinkage in the future!

The quality of the shirts is fantastic - soft, luxurious for a t-shirt. And I love the color. Better than expected. Also I was shocked that everything was done correctly as there was a lot of custom printing. Very pleased.

The buying experience and customer service were excellent. No issues there. The challenge with buying apparel online is the absence of feeling the material to ensure it's what I was looking for.
I have been working with Customink for many years and the quality of t-shirts (our usual) has always been excellent. The workmanship has also been excellent. It is one of the reasons we return year after year. The main reason is because of the customer service. Orders may be small (25) or large (100+) in number and the service we receive has always been courteous and helpful. When a mistake was made on the part of Customink they were quick to do what they could to fix it or compensate for it. I cannot say enough positive things! Thank you!
