My overall experience with custom ink was great! This company is very organized and I really love how they have guaranteed 2 week shipping. They provided me the freedom to design my own shirts and they came out exactly how I wanted them, and in time too! Great company and would definitely order again! :)

It was great experience to get customized image face masks from Custom Ink! It was easy to order and upload our logo, the mask quality is very good and comfortable, delivery was on time with tracking along the way, and it is always good to have followup with customers as they do. I highly recommend Custom Ink.
Super easy and the customer service rep that helped me as we messaged and worked through my order was outstanding. I believe Austin was the name and he worked with me to stay within budget and took a personal interest in my story and what the shirts were all about.

CustomInk did a great job at providing proofs and working with me to adjust the proofs when I needed to add an additional color to give depth to the image. The shirts arrived early and the print quality looks great!
Overall, the experience was meddling. The designing portion was OK, flexible enough and had enough options to make something close to what I was looking for. I was disappointed in the dearth of options for a small quantity, and extremely disappointed with the American Apparel tri-blend I received. It's a much rougher material than I remember and the fit is frankly so bad, that I probably won't wear the shirt I worked hard to design. The neck is extremely tight and the body is way too loose. I'm going to look elsewhere for my custom projects.
No one is perfect. I keep using Custom Ink because they are the best in the business. If I have to pay a small premium for that, I will.
