It was great! My shirt came in one day late but considering I ordered it in the middle of this quarantine season then I was still happy. The details are fine as shown on the website and the clothing (I got ultra-cotton) feels nice.

This was my first order with Custom Ink and, to be honest, I'm not sure I will use them again. That being said, however, there is more to my experience and I won't entirely pass judgement based on just one order... here goes: Initially I placed two orders: 15 shirts each, two different designs (no problem); couple days later, I called to change quantity of sizes for ONE of the two designs (no problem); days later, I e-mailed to cancel 1 of the designs (can't remember if it was the design with altered sizes-CSR was great, no problem); days later, I received call from CSR wanting final confirmation of canceled order so it could go to print (not much of a problem, resolved quickly & funds promptly returned to credit card); 1-2 days later, gave final approval to print second design (I'm still perfectly content); The approved design, quantities & sizes arrive via FedEx days earlier than expected so I'm quite thrilled... however: <1> The 100% cotton Hanes t-shirts were quite smaller than traditional sizes (I can normally wear a L, this L was VERY tight; This XL was wearable but fit more like XXL); <2> The black inked used to fill in the state on the front of the shirt seemed too thick, which made the shirt too rigid unless washed 2-3 times and dried using low heat each time; <3> the black ink used to fill in the outline of the state on the front of the shirt has a void near the central/northern border which creates a spot similar to having a pet hair on a camera lens. That being said... my rating in regards to their customer service is quite high, 8 or 8 1/2 out of 10. Regretfully, my rating in regards to overall customer satisfaction is only 5 or 6 out of 10, but that's not all their fault. I was VERY pleased, overall, with their customer service and service in general... but when it comes to the little things that would make me happy as a customer/client... eh, not so much :(

We enjoyed the product, again. I feel like the prices were a bit high for just 7 t-shirts, but you guys make it easy to design, verify, and send out early shipments. We got our senior photos done in style.

Custom ink's experience was very good overall and the printing on the product was so much better than I thought it would be! However, when it came the actual sweatshirt looked very cheap and it was an inch smaller on all sides than it said it would be in the size charts. The price was extremely high for such a low quality product.
