We purchased a set of tees for our firefighter family "4 Generations" reunion in early June. The simplicity of designing online and the entire ordering process was a breeze. We will definitely be return customers.
I loved the design I created for my business, but worried how it would look on the shirt once printed. I do wish there were other options to view the design while creating. Possibly more zoom options (other than 2) and options to see the shirt itself without someone wearing it while trying to design it and prior to the proofs. The front side corner was a lot more difficult to determine the size of logo/design I was trying to create and came out smaller than expected, but I'll know for next time. The quality of printing I was impressed with. I had picked lime green as an accent color on a gray shirt, but the lime green has a little more of a yellow hue than what my phone and computer were showing when designing, but it wasn't enough of a difference to make me not like the printing. It just wasn't as 'lime' as it looked on the site. The dryblend 50/50 felt like it ran a little smaller than true to size and was more of a starch-type feel which I did not read about in any reviews (I tried to do my research). I have not washed them yet, so I will have a better idea of how they will hold up after they have been worn and washed. I am overall very happy with the design I created, although it was very costly for only 2 colors on the back and 1 color on front. If I were to create/purchase shirts locally, the designer would save the template and provide lower rates when I need to re-order, so being that I will need more of the same shirt going forward, I wish Custom Ink provided similar loyalty discounts or rewards so I could continue ordering from this company. I would love to say I would order again from Custom Ink and based on print quality, I'd say yes, but based on the cost, I may have to consider other options.

The tank top that I customized for my son turned out very nice. I had wanted to order a rash guard for him, but unfortunately there was a minimum purchase order of 6 and I didn't want to do that. Overall, I'm pleased that I could get the single tank top although I really wanted a rash guard. The tank top is nice and doesn't look cheap.
The ink job is excellent & the shipping was very prompt.
Always get quality products and they are shipped quickly. They keep you posted on being able to track your orders as well
I suggest you allow "stickers" effect like snapchat on the shirt. I wanted to add more to the shirt but i wish i could've had an option to cut out pieces of photos and not have to add entire photo if that makes sense

The design lab was a lot of fun and easy to use once you got the hang of it. My only issue really was the shirt was meant to be a gift, so I only needed one. I had to go through multiple shirts to find the right "minimum requirement" even though I searched through the section marked no minimum requirements and a few were clearly not.
