The overall experience was fine. It was easy to upload artwork and order, and the shirt arrived quickly, however, the product looks different than it did online and I'm frustrated that I haven't been able to get a response regarding trying to complete a return. This was my first time using custom ink so I hesitate ordering from custom ink again, even though I've heard pretty good things about the company.

Based on the above, I would be very reluctant to order anything from Custom Ink going forward. The shirt is not wearable, and this tells me that I cannot trust the quality as advertised.
