I ordered a tee shirt for my daughter's birthday and had to call customer service twice before I got it right and they were very helpful and friendly. She loved the colors and quality of the shirt also.
A little hiccup that was caused by us had us calling to check on deliver when we did not receive the shirts. We spoke with Ms. Pate D. And she couldn't have been more helpful. With in minutes of the phone call we had an email from her to approve the design, sizes, color. The whole time she reassured us that we would have the shirts in time for our family vacation. She was very professional. Then we received an email from Ms. Amanda S. As just an additional follow up. I have to say I was impressed by the level of service we received. The shirts arrived early, they are of high quality and the art work was perfect. Hats off to these two Satisfaction Assurance Associates, job well done!
My shirt which was completely personalized with my own design got here 11 days early. Very pleased. The shirt was nice material and the printing looked awesome
Great way to put your thoughts on clothing... extremely fast turnaround, always amazes me... love this company... to have creative freedom to keep a design for days then go back to fine tune it before you order is a blessing... alot of times when you place an order and dedign to a local shop you wake up the next day and say darn I wish I could change the design and just tweak it a little... you can do that with the dedign lab and I'm having fun with it... thanks, bruce

I am really impressed! In this day & age of online ordering customer service is usually pretty poor & you never really know if the product you ordered will be of good quality or not. This company has the best customer service I have ever seen they immediately emailed me to let me know they combined my orders saving me a substantial amount of money & they had already credited my credit card. They also kept me up to speed on when my template was done so I could view for any changes. I will definitely be using CustomInk again! Oh and the quality & fit of the shirts spot on! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!
The website was very easy to navigate for the custom order and easy to make changes. Loved that it would save the image so I could return to it later. I thought the pricing was a bit high but overall very happy with the order.
