Website took me a minute to familiarize myself, but overall pretty user friendly and good. After my order was placed I received a text message letting me know that if Custom Ink had any questions on the order that I would be contacted. I thought this was pretty personal and it gave me confidence that I would be happy with the custom design order. However, I was not contacted and my shirt did not come exactly as designed. I was a bit let down, but the shirt was a gift and looked good enough to give! I think a "note" or "special instruction" box being available when placing an order would be a nice addition to the website. I feel this option, if available, would have guaranteed my shirt being made as designed.
It's very cool I've come up with many ideas I want to get into eventually.
I use custom ink once a year for my annual event and I would never switch to anything else. After creating one design, I have saved it and the tshirt style. This cuts so much time out I used to spend on finding the shirt, styling, and formatting. Amazing work!
Would be nice if I would have been able to order different graphics on different shirts on the same order. Was a little awkward having to make separate purchases for each shirt. But thank you for completing my orders in a timely manner and with such great quality!

My last experience (my first order) was top notch. I felt that the person I spoke with initially was really helpful and he was able to answer all of my concerns and give me ideas/thoughts. This last order was a bit more clunky. I was just getting some additional shirts with the same artwork so there wasn't anything too complicated but it just wasn't as smooth and I was left for several days before receiving the approval email. I was also calling on a printing location issue with the initial order and the first customer service rep I spoke with didn't seem like she wanted to help me so said that I would need to handle both things separately and that she would transfer me to them and I would need to call back to place my order instead of just taking it ahead of time or at least explaining why she could not do this. Overall it turned out ok, just the first order went so smooth and this order seemed a bit challenging. I did however receive my order ahead of schedule. Will definitely be back! The products are great and the print holds up really well.
This is my 3rd Custom Ink order and I had EXCEPTIONAL customer service--I made a mistake in the wording of the quote I put on the back of the shirt. Custom Ink staff were able to adjust my order prior to production and allowed me to correct the wording. Thanks, Custom Ink!
Customer service assistant was very kind when I was upset about not being able to use the College name on our shirt. I appreciated her giving me a full explanation :)
Great experience great product. I wasn't very impressed with the size of the shirts but I completely understand that sizes run different from brand to brand. I will reccomend you to anyone and just reccomend they order a little bigger size as it's hard to order a correct size shirt online.

The design process was easy, and when I wanted to add something the next day after I ordered, the customer service reps were extremely helpful and accommodating.
Great experience! I just wanted one shirt for my personal use. Its nice to have an affordable option for a short run. It's still a bit pricey, but much less than a setup fee for a legacy screen print operation.
Pleased with speed and ease of service. Not happy with final product. Image uploaded was of black lettering... received washed out black color. Not happy with final product.

The product appears to be good quality, we'll have to see how long it lasts as I live in an area with extreme temperature differences. Lettering is nice and bold, the logo not as I had hoped... my fault when I designed it I'm sure. But still better looking than the same product that I have purchased from your competitors. If it lasts longer, I will be purchasing more for my other trucks.
My design came out well on the shirts. Additional help was given on the location and shading by custom Ink that enhanced the design and look of the shirt. My clients were very impressed with the look. I will definitely be ordering more shirts.
It would be nice to have one shopping cart to add a list of items and have one order and one bill to pay.
I ordered the shirts for my students. The shirts were supposed to arrive Thursday. I got them Sat, which was great because I needed them for Mon. It was UPS fault they were late. I emailed the company on Friday and was surprised to get a phone call. Cody said he would check up on my order on Sunday. I wish UPS had a better system when there is a time crunch. My students loved the shirts and wore them for their AP test.
I'm am pleased to find that you guys have expanded your shirt styles to more fitted, tapered type tshirts, not just the traditional boxy tshirts. Quality of print is ALWAYS dead on! Love you guys! Would never use anyone else!
