The customer service at Custom Ink is unparalleled. I especially appreciate the technical advice and attention to detail.
The process was very straightforward. In the future I think it would be helpful to get more details (perhaps written) on the placement of the artwork on the shirt. For example, my design was slightly asymmetric and the proofs made use of a live image of a model in the shirt. The logo placement wasn't exactly as I had done when uploading the artwork, but this was hard to discern given the angle of the model in the proof. Some additional text, as in "logo centered with regard to this feature" or something would be good to convey what the CustomInk team is planning to do if the customer hadn't specified with text would be helpful.
Product sucks! Not even close to what I was expecting based upon product description. So thin, we will probably not even be able to use the masks.
We will use Custom Ink again. Great experience all around!

It was very easy to order our group t shirts, and I very much appreciated all the follow up provided by the customer service department. I love that the shirts came in size order, too, with stickers indicating the size on each one. It made it so easy to distribute to the group.

The website provided a great way to try out different graphics, text, colors, and shirts before buying. The final product was pretty much right on with the image online.
My nephew and his wife recently adopted twins and my nephew is a HUGE baseball fan. I wanted to have customer "jerseys", onesies, with a cute McTwins logo on the front and the boys names and numbers on the back, in birth order of course. My original order wasn't as good as it could have been, and Keila from Customer Service reached out to me with suggestions. She guided me through the process of adding the names and numbers on the back and sent me the fantastic proofs before the order was submitted. I received the order quickly and was thrilled with the result. I will try to get back on the site and post the pics, they are awesome.
I was easily able to design a good shirt for a relative of mine as a birthday gift. However, I did not enjoy paying $23 for just one shirt. Although it was well worth the money I spent, I would've preferred to spend a bit less since I was only designing and ordering one shirt. If I was ordering in bulk for a group, okay, but this was one shirt and I spent over $20 dollars on it. I can see why the price is so, but I did not enjoy paying it.
I wasn't going to fill this out but I keep getting emailed asking for my thoughts. So here they are. I originally designed this shirt over a year ago. When I received the first order, the printing was wrong and did not match the "proof". I emailed and the problem was taken care of very fast and made right. I was assured that the measurements were fixed on Mt account and it wouldn't happen again. I placed another order a couple of weeks ago for a couple more shirts, and when they arrived to me they were misprinted once again. Left chest logo almost in armpit. No worries. I ordered these before I placed a large order to sell on my website just to see how it went. OK. No problem. I'll just go elsewhere. I don't have time to wait on returning stuff and emailing staff, and waiting for replacements again, only to have this happen to my larger order
It is just so easy to make shirts with your website. And I was surprised how easily maneuverable your website was on my phone. I was able to make my shirts and order them all within five minutes. I was also very impressed with the speed of delivery. I paid the extra $9 for shipping and it was so worth it. I ordered the shirts on a Sunday and they came by Wednesday. I will definitely be using custom ink again in the future!
