I've ordered our annual camping shirts the last couple of years. Everyone loved the shirt material, and both large group orders were correct! I'll definitely order again!
Made a sudden decision to print some T-Shirts. Quickly looked online for a vendor and discovered CustomInk. Looked for reviews, found some negative ones and was a little nervous about the quality I would receive, but decided to give CustomInk a chance, and I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. Received the shirts ahead of schedule, really liked the app to keep me up to date on progress.
Great service. Product was delivered in a timely manner and packaged well.
Overall good experience. Just wish the sizes were more true to size.

Customer service was top notch. There was an issue with using a company's logo on the design and Custom Ink gave me two options. Remove the logo and use a design that the Custom Ink reps drafted up, or to contact the company to ask permission to use the graphic. Custom Ink sent me the link on where to ask the company so I went ahead and reached out. The company sent me to their legal page and it appeared that using the graphic wouldn't be an issue. I sent the response back to Custom Ink's support and they read through the legal page and agreed with my assessment. Custom Ink was very quick in their responses, they took the time to provide alternatives, and read through the legal page and agreed to print the shirt based on the verbiage on the legal page. Custom Ink's reps were very polite and seemed to actually care about providing the best service they could.
Shirts were great quality and print was perfect. Shirts are true to size.
The company was easy to deal with. They relay what step your order is in too. Shipping was really quick as was the making and completion of the printing on the shirt. I will always use this company in the e future.

Everything was great! Great communication through emails and fast responses. They did an amazing job with making my tshirt design for me. Shirt came out great. I can't complain about the sizing of the shirt and quality.

It is hard to judge for this job, since this was a gift to my nephew's family. They are happy with the results, so I'm a happy customer. My past purchases have been excellent. Customer service is friendly and helpful. They have been very helpful and insightful.
The shirts I received in this order have a logo that is not printed center or level. The text is notably slanted and the logo is to the side... I am extremely dissatisfied and unimpressed. Custom ink was not the cheapest option available and the quality of the product and experience was sub par.
