The design tool was fun and easy to use, placing the order was easy on Custom Ink's website. The quality of the design and material of the shirt I ordered was excellent. I was expecting to wait about 3-4 weeks to get the shirt I ordered because of the COVID-19 pandemic but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived less than two weeks from the date I ordered it.
Over all I like custom ink, just with the proof approval was better when it says we will make sure it's centered.
Honestly the shirt, the website, and even the packaging was well above my expectations. Truly quality beginning to end! I will recommend and continue to be a customer.

When I created my design and saw the NUMEROUS options, I was shocked! The design lab had everything! The website made it easy for me, as a teacher, to share the design with the parents of my students and let them place their order online! This came in VERY handy while being quarantined! One of my parents was having difficulty accessing the website and when she called customer service, she said that they were very helpful and got her order placed over the phone! I appreciated the updates during the process. I knew exactly what was happening with my order when it was happening. I was informed when they were being made, when they got shipped, and when it was delivered! This company is TOP-NOTCH!

I think CUSTOM INK did an EXCELLENT job! I was impressed with the quality of the work, and how the shirt matched exactly what I designed online. I will definitely be using them for any future needs! :)
The screen printing of our design was top notch. We were especially impressed with the level of detail on the art we uploaded as some of the numbers were very small and we were not sure it would be readable. Even the tiniest numbers were fully printed and clear! We found the Hanes Tagless Tee a little scratchy even after washing, but the sizing was as expected and it did not shrink. I did have to contact customer service to change the uploaded custom art as I had added the wrong one. Alley was so friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions on how to amend my design. We will definitely be ordering again on this design and future designs because of the easy design lab feature, excellent print quality and superb customer service. Thank you!
