I'm pretty tired of wearing mask everywhere, so I decided that it would be great to find a company which can create some custom masks. At least I thought that it would make me happier when I wear this mask. I applied here and explored how much assortment do they have and what they can propose me. They offered me some of the custom pictures and I chose couple of them. They created these masks for me quite fast and then immediately sent them to me. I got them quite recently and actually now I'm really much happier when I wear a mask with a funny picture.

Letters on t-shirt look so cheap and already faded on 3 t-shirts without even washed yet. I will never buy from the seller again and have told my employees not to wear shirts in public. Too embarrassed to wear my logo in public.

Spent $400 on shirts. Only a few days after purchasing the order I received an email stating that my shirts were delivered, weeks ahead of time. Just turned out to be an email sent in error. After a long time on the phone I was told there would be another order number sent to me so I can track my order. This never happened. As the deadline approached I called 3 more times. I was given a totally different story EVERY TIME. Fast forward to this moment- it's the deadline and I get an email stating the shirt violated TOS. WHICH IS TOTAL BS. It was okayed specifically until they could not meet the deadline, so they cancelled my order. These disgusting low lives screwed me over so hard. They ruined an event in totality. I hate these "people" more than I can say.

If I could give zero stars I would. Custom Ink ensured me that my t-shirts would arrive by December 10th (for my friend's 100th half marathon) but on December 9th I found out that they would not be delivered until December 13th (the day after the race). Custom Ink didn't even bother to contact me to tell me this. When I contacted them to check on shipping status is when I found out about the changed date. They didn't even try to remedy the problem. Left me on hold for an hour and said someone would get back to me the next day. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Actually, I have been dreaming of new mask for several months, so I had no opportunity to go and buy it offline, hence I have decided to apply to this online store in order to ask them whether they have custom masks i nstock and how much I would pay for delivery and shipping. Customer support teams politely explaine me all the details and I got my masks pretty fast. So, if you have any necessity to buy custom masks, for example, your old ones and default ones annoyed you, you can easily apply to thise service. They will do everythong rapid and correct I bet.

Definitely do not recommend these jamokes. They are very quick to judge and after a 10 minute conversation you can tell they rather be run by china. Also the manager is racist, call her and find out by yourself.

Terrible Company and even worse customer service. Ordered a shirt for a very special event. Ordered it august 15. Money was taken immediately. I sent multiple emails in September asking about delivery dates. Expedited delivery was confirmed Sept 22nd. Contacted them again on the 26th only
To find out shirt hasn't even been made. Event is THIS Friday.
They then had the balls to ask, do we need to give you a refund. WTF! Of course you owe me My Money back, you stole it. Way to ruin a very important weekend by not being able to produce one simple shirt and not

So many options for awesome printing companies and this one is FFFF all the way!

Custom Ink failed to deliver our koozies for our wedding. Order was placed, everything was fine, went to the chat to make sure everything was great. No problems. Then got a call 5 days before the wedding and they tell me that they can't make the order. So my wedding won't have favors now, and now I have 5 days to figure it out. Thanks custom ink for throwing that in my face 5 days before my wedding after having the order for 5 weeks, and me thinking it was going to be great.
I paid to have a logo created for my wedding to be on these koozies and now that's wasted as well!
Now I have no time to figure this out by then. Never will trust them again.

I made myself a shirt on this website and I was super excited because it looked great and i couldn't make it on any other platform but I go to check out and it says it'll take over 2 weeks to get here! Then if i add another $10 I could get it five days earlier. And if i wanted "Super fast" it would be 5 more dollars on top of that just for an extra few hours early. Like really!?! I understand u r not amazon but really OVER two weeks. U r not a small company. Come on.

The PZP team uses Custom Ink for it's team challenge shirts. It's a pretty hefty price for a tank top as well. I placed the order on 7/18 as directed so that the item could get to print by 7/26. Estimated shipping date was 8/6. This date came and went with absolutely no communication from the company. I then inquired as to the status and days later got a reply that they were having supply issues and the order would ship 8/20.
8/20 came and went with no communication from them and I sent another inquiry in. I have yet to get any reply from their support but I got an automated notice that my order was JUST going to print. So here we are a month after the order was placed with no information at all. My order status STILL SAYS estimated delivery is 8/6.
I will not place any orders with this company going forward.

I purchased $2,000 worth of tee shirts and hoodies with company logo on left front chest and full logo on back and the logo looks good however the full back logo is not a full back logo, it is small and in the center of the back but is not the correct size for the back. Not happy and I place 2 orders a year, so custom ink will not get another order from me.

Take the donation money out of your products not off the customers donations. They have been through enough and for you guys to take you bull$#*! percentage off the customers donation is asinine.

Paid over $500 for a rush order and CustomInk promised to have the order to me by a certain date. No shipment arrived. Contacted them regarding order and was told "sorry, we dropped the ball" and told me they're willing to refund 10%. I still would not have the shirts by the date needed. Blamed COVID for the delay. Shouldn't have accepted the order and guaranteed the date if they were having COVID-related issues.

Customer service is the best I dealt in a long time! The only downside is the fact my first order was pretty big so my price per item dropped. I would like order more but any item I get will be substantially higher.

I do not recommend this awful company. They do not care about you at all the first print came out like $#*!. Then they offered to give me a new one and once that came in it looked even worse! I emailed them very angry multiple times and they stopped responding me and are now ignoring my messages. Awful company. Don't waste your time and money on this place they clearly can't do simple tasks.

These people are akin to Chinese communist or fascist liberals. If your viewpoints are not their viewpoints they will not make your T-shirt. Do not patronize these communists.

Brittany and Casey were really amazing and super patient with our requests and preferences at the Aventura location! Followed up patiently and executed their job professionally.

Both I and the company I work for have ordered printed clothing from Custom Ink. Custom Ink uses different printing methods based on the quantity ordered. They use digital printing for singles or small quantities and silkscreen larger quantities. Digital printed designs do not hold up even close to the silkscreen printed designs. I would never order shirts again that were not silkscreen printed. If ordering shirts ect. Make sure that they will be silkscreen printed The website works better than most I have used however call and make sure your order is made how you want it after designing it on the website. ACCEPT ONLY SILKSCREENED SHIRTS

I have been so impressed with the customer service and quality of materials on both of the orders I have placed. Mary Beth helped me online with my first order and Charlie helped me via telephone with my second order. Both were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond my expectations. If you need custom items, I highly recommend working with Custom Ink!

This company is a joke. I'm sure they have fake reviews or pay for these reviews because there's no way they deserve a 5 star rating. I just needed to order 5 jackets. The designs were quite simple, just some wording, and I uploaded and even even talked to a few people to confirm the order design. Fast forward 4 months and I have only received 2 correct orders out of the 5. I have talked/email over 15 different people (because a different representative reaches out to you) and it just seems so unorganized. At this point, I just want my money back. I will go with another company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
