I ordered shirts, sweatshirts, and hats with my farm logo on it not only for my family and farm workers, but for other individuals that expressed interest in wanting some apparel. The shirts and sweatshirts turned out fine, I don't have complaints about that. However, the hats were a different story. Of the 20 hats ordered, more than 15 had an off centered logo, ranging from 1/8"-1/4" from the middle seam. I contacted custom ink and they instructed me to send pictures and then send in the hats to be fixed. I was pretty much told that they would be a be fixed based on the photos I provided. After a week of sending the hats back to be fixed, I received an email stating that they would not be fixed because "they are within the acceptable range." They state that as long as the center of the logo is on either one of the stitching lines next to the center seam, it is acceptable. Most of the hats were pretty much on that line or farther away. Because of this, I now have 15 hats that have an off-centered logo which costed me $30 per hat. I am dissatisfied with how custom ink handled this and will not be ordering hats from this company any more. If I spend decent money on apparel, I expect them to look the way I drafted and finalized!
I placed an order for 8 shirts on 4/16, and I paid for super rush shipping, which said the shirts would be here by 4/20. I need them by 4/23, so I paid the extra money for super rush. I didn't receive them 4/20, and I just got a notification this evening(4/21) that even though the art on my EIGHT SHIRTS was completed on 4/17, they still haven't shipped the shirts. What is the point of offering super rush shipping if you aren't going to ship the shirts as soon as the art has been completed?
The first picture is what i got, I ordered the second picture. Their design team should have contacted me to choose different colors because you obviously cannot even read it, the colors are so dull. $45 for nothing. Custom service is non responsive
While they send u your order and are honest, the ammount of bugs in their website is like a mosquito infestation. Firstly and less-important, the only way you can save your work in the website is to have them email you a separate email for each individual design. So say you have 50 designs...you have 50 emails with 50 separate links. Annoying but nothing to huff over. However...they should at least get the color right. I had chosen a dark brown for the tree design. Or at least, thats how the color appeared on the websites preview. I did notice however the name of the color didnt sound like what a dark brown would be named. When it came in the mail, the color was golden instead of dark brown. Basically it looked like dead yellow trees. I was so disgusted with it I ended up donating it to charity.
They redid my shirt for me after I received a mess of a shirt the details of my Dad's face were a cloudy mess and they agreed with me but the second shirt was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for making it right.
Place the order February 26th. I was guaranteed delivery by March fm15th. I only received one shirt. After 6 phone calls still asking what is the status and why was only half of my order done they couldn't give me any information. They constantly kept telling me they were having issues with their printing company I told them that's not my problem, you guaranteed my merchandise to me by the 15th. I did not receive my entire order until the 20th. Also when I received my shirt it was not good quality the picture is poor they state that they will contact you if they feel there is an issue with the photo and need to send a better for the quality to be good. None of that happened. My pictures are horrible and I am now awaiting new shirts from a different printing company. When I actually spoke to a manager they told me that as soon as it is completed they would expedite my shirt to me for next day air well when i received the email it was finally done it took 5 days to get to me for a crappy shirt.
I designed a very nice polo shirt for a small group of friends that have attended the Final Four for 9 years. My intent was to deliver a beautiful custom shirt with reference to our 10 year anniversary of attending Final Fours and with photos from our trips. After several weeks of back and forth, I ultimately had to cancel the order and ask for a refund and allowing no time to effectively design a shirt with another provider. Their reasons: 1. They wouldn't print any photos that had university logos (NOT copywrite infringement as these shirts were never meant to be sold). 2. They wouldn't print the year and winner (for example, "2018 - Virginia") citing once again copywrite infringement. I didn't know anyone owned the rights to the state name of Virginia! 3. They wouldn't print the year and location of the event (example 2019 - Minneapolis) once again citing the bull$#*! copywrite infringement. I will NEVER use the fools again, but I figured I would at least warn anyone else trying to design similar apparel in a time crunch.

If I could leave a negative star I would. Placed an order, paid for rush delivery, it is now a month past when it was supposed to be delivered and i'm still getting the run around. Each time you get people who guarantee that THIS time you will receive it, but it never shows, and then you have to start at the beginning. Over $80 for 2 shirts plus rush, and it still never showed. Items were ordered for a terminal cancer patients birthday (with plenty of time for it to get here…) birthday has come and gone, and still, more excuses…. You're best off either finding someone who makes T-shirt's from home or maybe a different company… but Custom Ink is a joke. Absolutely the worst business I've ever dealt with.
I was happy to have them correct an order that had an issue and they were responsive and quick to fix it. I will use them again in the future.
Ordered a T-shirt December 27. It's a guaranteed delivery of January 11. Check the order status January 9 and it had not even gone to the printer. Checked again today and it still hadn't gone to the printer. I said they have printers down, but didn't inform me so I would have the opportunity to order from someone else. Poor customer service!
Arrived so quick and was absolutely perfect. Comfortable and not made out of cheap materials. Recommending to all my friends and family!

Their website was really easy to use, and then when I had submitted my design backward like a dumb guy they were super easy to get ahold of and worked with me right away to make sure it was right. The product looks amazing and it arrived early in plenty of time for our event. Couldn't be happier.
Ordered shirts that needed to be a specific material for safety concerns. The listing and my invoice stated that the shirts were in line with what I needed. The shirts I received were not the correct material. When I talked with customer service, they mentioned that some colors of shirts are made of different materials and that is listed in the product description. I am frustrated because those changes should be more clearly stated - not at the bottom of a page. I needed certain numbers of each size and the color I chose was one of the few options. I admit that I could have read the product description line by line, but all obvious listing information pointed to everything being good. Customer service didn't offer solutions other than pay even more to get new shirts - which I didn't have the budget for.
Sent t-shirt order to be fixed - shirts came back wrong- off-centered each time - sent photos with proof - Event is this weekend - Custom Ink will not fix the 2nd print error - moving back to my local boots-on-the-ground Printers. Sorry, Custom Ink - you did not meet our expectations.

The billing and communication are awful. I was very excited when I was able to put custom Ink in our system and very happy to do business with them. I made my order and placed it. I asked for the PO option for payment and submitted a PO on my side. Once my PO was approved, I sent it to Custom Ink customer service to finalize my order. I later checked my account on custom ink to check if the order went through. I had a message to call customer support. I called and I was on hold while the rep tried to get some assistance. I asked her a few times to talk to billing, but she said she was it. They don't have billing representatives for you to talk to which made it very frustrating. Apparently, they wouldn't take my PO # because I had to send them a purchase order with a signature and a promise to pay message. I was very disappointed the way we were handled. I need this order ASAP. They customer service rep cancelled my order. I immediately got in contact with AlphaGraphics and they were Great my order will be in on time! Custom Ink didn't explain their procedures correctly, when I asked for their W9. We are a big corporation, and we work with many vendors. I had never had so much push back. Please think twice when placing orders with custom Ink. This company has really been a disappointment and a bad customer service. This is not the way to start a new customer relationship and 1st impressions.
They won't sell you certain things if you don't buy at least 6 of them and they don't make it obvious until after you have already invested your time and designed something. They also do not answer their emails.
Do not order from this site! Numerous calls made and was assured the order would be delivered in time. No 2 week guarantee. Don't waste your time & $. We received the order the day after we needed the shirts. Horrible customer service.
