They are patient and will help you with the order. I paid via cc and had to ship somewhere other than billing and order was cancelled due to their system verification process. Used paypal and went through without a hitch. Would buy from them again for sure.

The suspension set is fine. On my particular car, so many things were far too rusted, that at this point I could only replace the sway bar bushings. That is with air tools and impact wrenches. I will figure out how to get the rest changed but it will have to wait for now. The set is very complete and included items I was not aware of. The bushings I put in are performing well. Thank you.

Excellent delivery time, price and ordering experience. The part arrived as expected in an original Invidia box and packaging. There was one issue - one of the tips did not fit and am currently trying to figure out how to make it fit. It didn't look damaged. Besides that, I will definitely consider CCC for another order in the future.

I placed an order recently and all I got was a confirmation and receipt email shortly after my purchase.
I reached out to customer service seeking an update and haven't heard back a couple days later.
Hoping this is not a scam.

I asked them about the shipping time for a part which they replied saying "Expect an 8 week lead time on ART pipes before shipping. -prestin"
So I placed the order, and the order was cancelled 1 day after the order confirmation without any reason given. I went to a different vendor after this.

Changing this to 3 stars because I only knew the order was reinstated after leaving a review.

Excellent service.As a performance and restoration shop we are used to ordering special parts and waiting weeks for them to be shipped. The clutch arrived surprisingly the following day! Needed a flywheel also and it arrived the day after ordering! My customer was very happy for the turn around time.

I purchased a NM Turbo-charger lube oil line manufactured by NM and sold by Custom Car Center and their product was delivered on time and a few dollars below manufactures cost. That's OK in my wallet, allows me to save and purchase more toys later.

I have not received any information regarding shipment of my order. I have used their contact link 2 times to get some information. I have never had a response.
Terrible customer service!

I tried to contact you twice and I did not get a response. The the package suppose to arrive in two days, and it has been 6 days and I did not receive it yet.

Ordered several items over a short period of time. Parts frequently arrived ahead of schedule. One item (distributor) arrived with a broken wire (plug) and had to be returned. Customer service was excellant and the distributor was quickly replaced. A very satified customer. I will definately use again for auto parts.

Ordered the item and came within couple days. The only thing I ding them on was that nobody email me confirmation of shipping information.

Never received my item, can't get ahold of anyone, not even sure if this is a real shop. Beware, do not order from here

Placed order for ypipe was told 5 days later it was on back order. I still have not received any updates.

Pricing was awesome and my parts were exactly as described. Shipping was a tad slow though.
