Product didn't match description at all.There was not a sequin to be seen. And the sizing was way off. Very disappointing. And the delivery was slow also.

The items I ordered were too large for me. I got to shirts in 2 sizes to be sure at least one would fit, but although they were sizes that normally fit me they did not. Also I was not happy with the fabric.
Item did not resemble the item I ordered.
When I tried to return the item, it needed to be posted to the US costing $56 for postage (more than the item cost)
Offered a partial refund, but pretty awful service
And threw money away on item I can't wear.
The product we received was not the product or quality that was displayed. We ordered a pair of denim pants. They did not look at all what was displayed in the picture, the material was cheap, there was not hole to button the pants. This company is a scam! Offering quality, but delivering a cheap, misrepresented product

I have requested by email a return address so I can return a dress I do not l like, and a full refund to be credited to the original form of payment which has already been billed to my credit card account. I am going to notify the card company that I will not pay for this entry.
Despite numerous polite requests, this company will not give me the address to which to mail my return. It only gives instructions about the need to request a return and give a reason, which I did, but they won't give me the address to return them. I have read numerous reports of this happening to other people. Even their initial response to my request took about 4 days, even though their website says they respond in one. I would NEVER do business with them again.

I thought maybe they had lost my order since it was so long since I placed it and then received it. The pants themselves are fine.

The materials used are cheap and not worth the money, the shaping around the arms don't fit properly, the support system didn't get back in timely, or ADDRESS THE QUESTIONS
Ordering was easy and the item arrived promptly. Unfortunately I did not like it. It was a blouse that did not fit well, was not flattering. So I sent an email to inquire about how to return it and I got a friendly and helpful return email which I appreciated.
A dress I ordered arrived promptly; however, the fabric pattern as pictured was not the same as on the actual dress. A return was handled promptly with settlement options.
I have yet to receive my dress. I got an email a week ago telling me to wait 2 days and if I had not received my dress to let them know. I haven't.

Easy to shop-- BUT: Somehow the order was placed twice and I requested a refund on one of them. Of the 3 items I ordered, 2 were not correct and the 1 did not fit nor was the fabric as expected. The request return created multiple emails back and forth. The first did not include a return address. The second offered money to keep the items. The third offered a bit more money to keep them and finally they gave me a return address. I accepted the cash offer.
Both dresses I ordered were too small. I was given ridiculous instructions that were not doable. I paid mid eighty dollars for both dresses. I was offered $40. For both dresses. What a disappointment! I noticed when I sent the email it said it couldn't be delivered - the address wasn't the correct address. 😢

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
