I have been trying to contact someone from this company for over a month to do an exchange on two of my items purchased.
Lengthy process to order replacement for item. Getting a refund turned out to cost more by 1/2. But cordial online chat with agent helped.

Excellent quality and the shorts are NOT short. The leg stops about 1" above my knees.

Sweater was sewn too tight do it bib not lay / hang flat at hem
No give in the material sizes and prints do not match your pics I want to return 5 of the 6 items received
I was very disappointed with this item. The color was not as shown and it is much shorter than pictured. Overall quite unhappy...
Customer service has not responded to a return request with proper instructions Ive contacted them 5 times with no response at this point
The shirt is excellent, fits great and washes very well. Wish there were more prints, I have 2 others similar that are great.
I ordered large and have always fit nicely into a large. But these pants run small, so they are not true to size.
