The item I purchased said it was made of cotton. It was not made of cotton. It was made of some thing really horrible, and fake. Like the rest of you, I was raked over the coals because they are not providing me a return address. I do appreciate customer service who help me with my return
The fit poor, fabric is cheap, terrible construction; terrible quality overall; sizing about 2 times SMALLER than USA brands!
No way to return garment. Couldnt use return address but no other address provided. Only a,$10 cash and keep product. Never received further notifications. No $10 and no refund and dress was sent back
Zero customer service. Be warned. I placed my order weeks ago, I still haven't received it. I emailed the company after three weeks and didn't get a response for four days and was told that some items were out of stock. I would have appreciated an update on my order letting me know this important information. I couldn't say how the products are as I still haven't received them 23 days after placing my order. I will never order from this company again nor will I recommend this company.
When one follows the instruction of the return policy, one can't get an answer that is valid. They refer you to return to a new address but do not provide you with one accredited address. Then they send you an email asking you if you want a $15.00 return and you keep the items. If the items do not fit, why would anyone want to keep them. They are badly made.
I was not happy with this sweater. I had a very difficult time contacting customer service. I wanted to return the sweater and receive a refund. It didn't happen. After several attempts to return this unusable item. I took $17 refund on a the sweater, and threw it in the garbage.
Product was fine when it finally arrived! The notice of shipping provided information that didn't work. After contacting the company the same info was sent and it still didn't work. Third time finally worked!
The dress I ordered is really beautiful and I am really lucky with it. But it is so sad that I cannot return my order. I ordered different sizes and I cannot send the wrong sizes back and I have to pay… That is really bad.
Haven't received it yet! It' been over 3 weeks! Had I known, I don't think I would've purchased these items.

The pants I ordered were awful quality… material is cheap and very possibly flammable. Return process isn't easy either.

The item I received was too big, I have been texting "sitejabber" in hopes to reach curvedream regarding my returning the item for a smaller size. Beginning to think negative about the website Curvedream as a possible scam sponsor. Please, someone answer my request or I will contact PayPal regarding a refund!
Will not be shopping there again. I waited day for delivery the tracking system is a joke the clothes I received are cheap I just am not happy at all. Full me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.
I really liked all the options and the lower prices on the site. The dresses I ordered were decent quality. Not the very best. Dress required lots of ironing and steaming. One of the dresses was too big-I ordered the size according to the size chart and it just didn't work out for me. I usually wear a women's medium and sometimes a large depending on the fit. I ordered an x-large and it was very baggy on me.
Ordered the Solid color v-neck sweatshirt twice and have not received either one. Of the two items I did receive the cut was very different from the way it looked in the pictures and I was disappointed in the quality of the materials.
I liked the shopping but did not receive a confirmation email about my order or any info about how long it would take to arrive. Actually did not arrive for the occasion I wanted it for but it is a nice dress.
The quality was there and I loved the top, it just didn't fit right. The hard part was figuring out how to return the top.
While I received notification that the order shipped out, the tracking number provided never actually worked. When I would click on it, it would show label created but never had any tracking details to see when it would actually arrive.
I ordered these items months ago. Do I have them? Nope. Tracking # is not in system. Customer service is no existent. I responded to the email to confirm delivery and stated that I do not have the items. *crickets*
Worst experience purchasing a top. I purchase quite a few tops and other items on line. I have to say this is the worst. The top is not the one pictured. Even the bottom isn't correct as the one I received is straight across the bottom and the one pictured has scalloped bottom? I have tried contacting them numerous times and they don't even respond? Very poor customer service
I rated this so low because so late arriving. It was for a wedding and I had to buy another dress for a wedding. The dress itself was very nice. I paid double for guaranteed 3 to 5 day delivery. I would like a refund of the extra $9.99 I paid.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
