I purchased 3 of these dresses for my bridesmaids. I knew the plunge neck would be a problem with too much cleavage so we went to get them altered. We are in that process now. One thing we noticed is that the dresses are not exactly the same design (criss cross back to regular straps, and back line by zipper is a bit different) but so far so good. Will send pics when they are complete. I am actually ordering one more as the seamstress needs a bit more material to use for the alterations. It is a beautiful dress, and priced well too!
I tried to change the size of the item I ordered soon after ordering was told it was too late, that the order had already been shipped but that I could always exchange it. However trying to exchange it has been very challenging, not at all clear on the website and I still don't have the blouse in the size I need.
I'm so disappointed that none of the fabrics resemble the photos used in the adds. They are not bad fabrics but synthetic and the pics used look like linen.they are well made but not what I thought I was getting. Also the sizing is smaller than the guide indicates so nothing fits me. I am hoping the refund policy will be upheld.
Terrible. No return policy as stated free for 30 days. Taking 3-4 days to respond on each request for return address. All around proving never order things on line. The deals are too good too be true.
The dress I ordered exceeded my expectations. The material was nice quality, lined and well made, especially for the price. Every review was 5 stars and I was a bit skeptical to order. Pay attention to the size chart and order to your measurements. I have to return mine. Not sure how easy that process will be. My experience with emailing customer service has been positive, so far. They have been prompt and pleasant. Tracking my package could have been a bit better. I will order again. They have cute and modest items.
I emailed them at least 6 times to cancel my order as it did not come for a long time. When I put in a dispute to get a refund from PayPal and contacted the Better Bsiess Bureau all of a sudden my package arrived within 3 days. Now I need to return one of the two items and they are not responding to four emails that I have now sent requesting authorization for this refund so they can send me a return address. I will never be ordering from this company again.
The dresses are made out of the same material as my shower curtain. I know I'll never wear them. Sooooo disappointed. If the dresses were just in a different material, cotton even, it would be better than this mess. They cling to the body with static electricity. Whoever thought this material was a good idea should be fired.

Love this site but is so slow to get help returning. Other sites are so good and quick to get a return. Please figure out so you will send returns faster. Only have so many days to return and always worried I won't make the deadline.
My clothes don't fit. I have tried reaching out to Curvedream 3 times since they arrived May 4th. I got one reply from Curvedream requesting more info. I want to return but have not received an exact address as to WHERE to return them. This is not false information, so please don't threaten me with legal action (read review guidelines regarding a negative review).
Easy order, fast delivery, product seemed to run smaller than expected. Material wasn't nearly as soft sn comfortable as it looked like I'm the pics advertised. They seem like a nice product but just not exactly like what I thought they would be
Took a shot on this website since it just showed up on Facebook. Wasn't sure what I'd get but they all turned out great. Looks just like pictures. And measuring was perfect. I always went with the next size up and worked great.
The customer service has been great. They were quick to answer my emails before I ordered and quick to send a review. The fabrics are quality fabrics and they are as cute as they appear online. The fit is a little off for my body type though and I have never felt like I was disproportionate with buying my clothing with other companies. I will order again though and try some adjustments. The product took about 2 weeks to get to me from day of order until delivery.
The green shorts I wanted to order and it shows on the picture does not tell me its out of stock yet it won't show as available to order.
Would not accept my Kohl's credit card. The pantsuit came with no washing instructions. Will not order from you company again.
I am so disappointed in skirt. It is def lot bigger than a small as usually size 10 but skims on me the material I do not like and it hangs badly with shirring pulling it to one side and looks nothing like picture shown on internet.
After sending part of my order, after two months I never received the rest. Nor was my money refunded back to PayPal. The only emails I received from them are new inventory not my order. This is robbery.
Can't complete until merch received from delivery service. So far so good, Update: reasonable time for this gift to arrive; delivery was fine. Gift is now off to recipient; I'm awaiting her surprised response. Her black cat was her companion; her career job isdriving a school bus with challenged young persons. A company emailing to ask why you're returning item but failing to say exactly how to return it misses the whole point. I suppose if you tell people not to return to the address on the package and then not give an alternative address to return a product to, you can really cut down on costs.
Product looked pretty but despite ordering a size larger than I normally wear it still didn't fit. Now I'm seemingly stuck with it.
The clothes are beautiful! I love the many colors in the shirts! However, I wish your company would have notified me that the pants were no longer available. I had to reach out to you about not receiving my full order. It wasn't until then that I was offered to select another product or request a refund.

Don't like surprises on my Visa. Total purchase said $33 and my Visa was charged $46 after item shipped. It was a Canadian website but prices were in US currency. Apparently I was supposed to select Canadian currency in the top left hand corner. This should not be on a Canadian website.

I am always nervous to order on line as the sizes always seem so small. I was very happy that this fit true to size. The material feels comfortable to wear and the shape is really nice. It fits well. I am a size 18 and always find it difficult to purchase clothes on line. I ordered one outfit to see how it would size. I will definitely be ordering other outfits now that I have seen the quality and fit of the clothes.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
