I contacted Customer Service inquiring about top I purchased that I hadn't received. Found out it was out of stock. Immediately they cancelled the order and refunded my money. No hassle transaction.
Shipping time is very slow. Shipping is too slow. Shipping should be faster.
The dress is just as it appeared in the picture. It's a very nice, cool, summery dress and is well made. Looks like I will wear it a lot this very hot summer.
I didn't get told it was out of stock till I enquired where my order was so that was a bit confusing. It takes way too long to get it here.
Although I was offered a discount on my next purchase so that was very nice.
Everything I've bought from here I have loved.! Always get compliments on what I wear when I wear it!

Unique and cute shirt. Nice color. Loved the way it was designed as it was very appealing.
The bodice of the dress and the long sleeved piece that came with it were two different sizes. The fabric of the bodice was too sheer, pretty much see-through, like a slip. The fabric was also a strange texture, like a shower liner.

It took 3+ weeks to arrive and too small. Not that stretchy and does not breathe
I post 3 items and only received one. Whoopi did not like. Also I was charged for all three and have not received a refund

Return policy is very frustrating. It's at your expense. So many better options with free return policies such as Amazon and stitch fix. I also prefer to skip online where stores are within driving for returns

I purchased something and it was not sent to me with a receipt of purchase nor a label to return. I tried many times to find a way to contact this retailer and to no avail. Also, your size ranges are very much off the chart of being correct. Very disappointed that i had to keep merchandise that i did not want. Will never order from you again.

I was charged for the garment as soon as I placed the order. It was not shipped to me until I contacted the company and asked why it hadn't shipped. Placed order the beginning of May, received it, at the end of May.

I ordered two pair of really cute pants, but when I got them, the material was not what I expected and they did not fit. One pair was actually too long. I did return both pairs to the company and a representative has signed for that and I'm waiting for my credit now, but they have been very nice to deal with customer. Service has been great.
When order placed, 6 days or more posted for a delivery. It took 2 weeks to receive delivery.
Buyer beware. This company will NOT respond to my request for a return authorization and their customer service is the absolute worst I've EVER dealt with. If I could figure out a way to report my purchase as fraud, I would do so. The clothing is very low quality, the sizing is all over the place with items that are too big for me to ones I can't get over my head. I'm beyond disappointed with this purchase and with their customer service. It's pure crap and I would encourage you to steer clear!

I recently placed an order with Curve Dream, enticed by their attractive prices and seemingly stylish apparels on their website. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Out of the 5 items I ordered, only 2 have been shipped and received. The order was submitted and paid for on May 23,2024, and I received the two pairs of pants on June 13,2024. As for the remaining items, they are nowhere in sight, and there has been no communication from the company regarding their status. The delay and lack of updates are frustrating and unprofessional. The two pairs of pants I received are made of very cheap synthetic fabric and poorly sewn. They look nothing like the images displayed on the website, which is extremely misleading. The quality is far below my expectations and certainly does not justify the purchase, even at their low prices.

While the price points at Curve Dream are undeniably attractive, my overall experience has been marred by poor product quality and unsatisfactory customer service. The items received do not match the website's portrayal, and the delayed shipping with no updates is concerning. I am now dreading what the rest of my order will look like, if it ever arrives.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
