My order never arrived. This site ripped me off. Took my money but no order delivered. I ordered for a trip that is coming up. Very disappointing.
I have sent 3 emails requesting to return the items but no response. The order says if you want to return you must pay for the shipping and not ship to the address on the label. So, where do I send it? No one replies to my emails so that i can get these returned.

Shipping is way too long and expedited is very expensive.
Not as pictured. I was surprised bead look was not real. Just okay.
I ordered clothes 3 weeks ahead for a trip I was taking… they arrived while I was on my trip and sadly two pieces do not fit at all.
Sizes I wear in many other manufacturers.

The quality of product was disappointing because the color, first thing I noticed, was dull and not as clear of pattern as the ad listing portrayed. The second thing is the cut of the garment I received is more of a tent shape, which is not figure fitting as the ad made this item appear. Final disappointing thing is the fabric is not nice, leaning towards parachute like material.
I'm choosing to not return my item because the cost of return shipping is not worth spending and the item price was sold with a reduced price, so I'll just be thankful for that. I do now need to find a dress to wear for my daughter's wedding. I'll be shopping for that in person.

The cardigan I ordered was a laughable printed cardigan that looked NOTHING like the picture. I am trying to return, and it took me asking 3 times to finally get the instructions to return. Made it very difficult. I will NOT be ordering from your site again.

Almost couldn't get it off the neck hole was so small. Also design looked like they stamped it on fabric and ran out of ink.
They made returning product very very difficult. Why should a customer have to beg for a return address? I still have not been reimbursed for product that was sent back over 2 weeks ago. Something is suspect with this company.

Still have not received order and it's been over 20 days and part of order is no longer available.unordered these dresses for the the first day of school and I have been in school two weeks now.
Dress was not as it appeared in picture. Appeared to be embroidered.
Items received were not items pictured - poor quality fabric and design. Returning is discouraged. Having been offered and refused a partial refund, I was finally able to return for the cost less shipping. Never again.

Each time I chose to look at an item, I had to return to the first page in a section. The website should put you right back where you exited.
The quality of the product was very low and not wearable. I wanted to return these and there seems to be quite a bit of resistance with several options to choose from in order to get my money back not happy happy

Even though I intend to return the blouse I ordered -- doesn't look as good on me as it does on the model but that's not anyone's fault -- the experience itself was good. It was easy to order and the nicely made blouse I ordered came in good time.

For a company called curvedream I was expecting sizes that would fit survey. I'm only a 3 8D and couldn't fit the XL in any of the dresses I bought. Disappointing.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
