Mande un cake y demas Articulos a la Habana y me cobraron por envio 4 dolares. Al instante de haber pagado por el envio me doy cuenta que puse el nombre y direccion equivocado, reconozco es mi error, y cuando chateo de nuevo en ese mismo instante para cambiar el nombre y direccion del envio me dice la persona que tengo que pagar 4 dolares extra por el envio. Pero si ya yo los pague dije, me dijo que, sorry pero tiene que pagar 4 dolares mas y en total fueron 8 dolares los que me cobraron. Final de la historia pague 4 dolares mas para que solo me cambiaran la direccion de el envio. Por favor envien sus cosas a traves de otra agencia esta es un robo ya.
I have bought a few times with Cuballama for my family but unfortunately it is the last time where I would buy for my family again. I had the bad experience of buying cake and ice cream for a birthday and it really was a scam. I would recommend that you do not spend your money on this application. It is not worth it.and is very expensive

Aconsejo, que no confíen en los servicios de Cuballama, esta compañía acostumbra a no cumplir con la entrega de mercancía, ademas de haber cobrado por ello. Destacó que en mi segunda experiencia de envío no son personas de confiar
El servicio mas malo que hay podido recibir, son estafadores y mentirosos, me dijeron que los paquetes se demoran de 1-2 semanas y se demoro mas de un mes, la mercancia llego rota y la comida en mal estado y todo es una mentira no hay reembolso por las libras que pague, ni por la mercancia danada
It's the second time I use this company in a period of two years. The credit I bought should last for 360 days if not used. But the 2,500 CUP evaporated after a week, from Nov 9 '23 to Nov 17 '23. I contacted them and they sent me to Etecsa, a Cuban company that gave me the round around as well.
Please, do not waste your money or time with CubaLLama. Their service and price are OK, but the product is below average, and chances are you will be shredding your money, and ending with nothing but a bad experience.

I have been using Cuballama for a little over a month now and I've had a few occasions where I needed to contact customer service. My personal experience has been that they have been unbelievably helpful and resolved my issues immediately. I can't say enough. Great experience all the way around!
They asked me to send my credit card information in am email. Amazon, ebay, my bank, pretty much everyone says never do that. Every one knows this. Their response was, yes we know but your information is safe with us. Isn't that exactly what a credit card scammer would say?
Envíos with Cuballama is chaotic! Customer service seems to have a recorded message. Always the same. "we are validating your information blah blah." the reality is they don't know if your product will arrive or distributed for certain. I sent a bike to Cuba since June 2022, It's Nov 14 and hasn't been delivered yet. I called several times and always same response. They asked to wait the estimated time for delivery 10 weeks. I did it…These people don't have a clue of how to track the goods there. The worst is that they don't make themselves responsible. They never put me with a manager when asked for. Your money with this people is at risk. I was a good customer since I trusted this company until this happened to me. I asked them to send another bike or return the money paid for it. They are avoiding this.I used to be a customer of Cuballama …NOT anymore!
I'm very disappointed cause cuballama is stilling my money! Every time I buy credits like 5 dollars never shows 5, it shows 4 and a few cents! That's ridiculous cause you are paying 5 bucks to get the whole amount and it's not like that cause your never get extra minutes back! So I definitely would not recommend this app and I'm starting to look for another one to make my calls!
Horrible company, customer service and with hidden fees. They do not solve any of their mistakes mostly after you pay already. Do not use Cubaviaja, it will be more expensive than buying your tickets in the airline website because of the hidden fees.
If you are looking up info on this company, it is probably because you found charges on your credit card that you did not authorize. Do not bother contacting them to resolve - call your credit card company to report. Hopefully, law enforcement in Toronto will shut them down soon.
I sent a package with them to my family back in March, ever since then they have been giving me excuses as to why the package hasn't arrived. They said it arrived already which it didn't. Then they tell me the items aren't in the warehouse yet. Then they told me they items finally arrived to the warehouse. Now they are saying that the items haven't arrived yet again. Nobody knows what is going on, nobody can give me an answer. Every time I call them customer services says the same thing, "a specialist will contact you." But they never contact me. Last week I asked them that I just wanted the money back now and cancel the order since it's been about two months and they don't know what is going on. Once again customer service says they will contact me. It's been a whole week and nobody has contacted. I will never order anything from this company again and I recommend that no one orders from them either. They will take your money and at the end pretty much feels like they stole from me because no package and no refund. Worst company ever!
I had never heard of this company until several fraudulent transactions were charged to my bank account. I had to cancel my card and have a new one issued. I hope the bank flags this company so I don't have to go through this process again.
Be aware, ones you dial a number, you will wait at least more than a minute to connect and, the will charge you the first minute even if you are waiting to be connected. Always they going to give you less than a minutes that you have.
We were just scammed out of over $3,000 from two cards. And they closed our account. Do not do business with them. Fraud. This company needs to be investigated and closed. Someone needs to go to jail.

Company never gave or refunded me the airline ticket/money, they work with the Cuban government and keep stealing money from customer by reselling tickets!
If you want to send medicines to your family in Cuba. Don't use this company. We sent the medicines on April 1st Today August 2nd my family hasn't received anything. It's all a big rip off.
