This place is pothetic, full of immature little kids that abuse the little bit of power they have no business having. They lose sight that is to help people in need but instead treat it as a platform to feel all grown up and like they are above the donor to feel important before they go home where they have zero power and forced to live by mommy and daddy's rules most likely in the basement... pothetic and so wrong, REMEMBER WE ARE VOLUNTEERS AND DONT HAVE TO BE THERE... I wish someone who either really needed plasma or lost someone because of the shortage knew that because the young punk felt high n mighty turned someone away due to blood pressure being 2 points hi was turned away... great job little girl, way to be in the way of someone who AUCTUALLY WANTS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND NOT BE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH! Get off your hi horse and take a look at the overall big picture
When I was in a Financial crisis I found out about CSL at first I was a little nervous about donating plasma when I walked into the CSL plasma center in Americana plaza I felt Comfortable like I was home the employees explained everything to me to my understanding and the process didn't take that long I love the fact that if I need a little help financially I know I can come donate plasma and that putsy mind at ease
Been coming here a year and always friendly great people always a good inviroment clean helpfully in and out most of the time will continue to come back
Very professional and the process is quick, but everyone is always so welcoming and definitely my favorite place to donate. Employees are friendly and great
It's not worth your time and effort. The payment don't even cover your travel time there. What a waste if my time it was. No one is even going there anymore.
I love the place, the employees, very nice and professional, everything clean. I super happy my job at this moment is very bad. Is a way to make a litle money out risk. Thanks slc plasma
I went to CSL for my normally scheduled donation of plasma at 3757 W Ina Rd Suite 100/120, Tucson, AZ *******, on 14Sep23 at 7am. The attendant said my temperature was 101 then said "you cannot donate today." I said please take my temperature again, she said no, come back tomorrow. I explained that it's an hour drive round trip from home, she didn't care. I said I do not have a fever; she didn't care. I went to a lady in the back, explained what happen, she didn't care, and said no one's temperature is taken a second time. I went home, took my temperature three times and each time it read 97.1,97.2 and 97.0. I cannot work with a place that is wrong and won't even attempt to fix their mistake. CSL has no customer service and is so ridged in its position that there is no chance to see it their equipment is incorrect. Further, their staff are loud, horsing around while donors are donating, careless when jabbing you with the needle and often forget to check to see if you're done donating. Sloppy operation, not worth the donation fee. I deleted their app, won't be returning.
I have been coming to CSL for a year now. The building is all clean. And the entire staff is always helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here to donate
The center had lots of parking in a nice location. The center was clean, well lit and comfortable. The intake staff was very nice. I am happy overall.

Alycia and Renee are such amazing medical staff. Very thorough, they really care about the safety of their donors. But also they are very friendly and kind. Thank you ladies! Keep up the good work!
Hey My name is desmond burton and would like to say that the csl plasma center on riverside Dr. Is one of the best i been to and that i would recommend other to try their service. Thanks Csl plasma
If you're going to donate plasma I would not suggest using csl plasma the staff is incredibly rude the equipment looks ancient but the biggest thing is this app is truly incredibly rude at least the one at the Cherry Hill New Jersey location
P I visited the Stone mountain location in Atlanta Georgia on October 31st 2023 I need to speak with the regional manager Jose 'about my visit please find my phone number based on my name and give me a call about the services that was rendered in my visit
MS.Tee is Amazing great customer service all the time 5 Star she always does a good job with her customers
I did take a break coming due to getting my tattoo. I waited the period I needed to and returned to start again after months. My first visit back they said the date was different than what I had proof of my appointment, so again they deferred me another 30 day. At this point I'm really pissed for the lack of someone correctly putting my date in and regardless of proof they couldn't do anything about it they said. I left, waited extra long bc I started to never want to come back. Now at the end of nov I'm giving them another chance. I go and do my questionnaire and wait in line like normal. Once I get to take my vitals they assure me I need to see the nurse( last time they explained I wouldn't need to) without any arguing of that not making sense, I go and wait by the nurses side. I've had the nurses pass me for 30 mins now without anyone saying a word while still calling others near me who walked in a good 10 mins after me. I understand everyone will be seen but clearly I'm wasting my time. Not everyone has all day to wait around for longer than roughly expected to donate and wait in line.
Very good service. Everyone is very friendly and they are always very alert on your well being. Always asking you if you feel alright and always answering all of your questions.
Clean safe and paid from the reception area to the donating area everything was clean I also felt safe from any viruses or contracting anything in the pay was quick and easy
CSL workers work hard and very well together. I have seen the lines nearly out the doors, and the employees work kept the lines and donations flowing quickly.
I have gone to the Csl plasma on Gus Thomasson and they never seem to open on time. Instead of them coming outside to tell us they leave us in this extreme weather.
Review number two Hi frequently visit Csl Plasma as I have visited multiple different centers over the years this is my phone practice staff here is very helpful and the place is always clean the lines are usually pretty fast and the bathrooms always have paper and are clean Always look forward to coming back to this Lawrenceville Center
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
