This business shouldn't be open. They opened up this center without thinking of demand. They have a lot of Donors but no machines. Clearly they didn't think of this before opening up this place. This is why you don't rush and open up a business that's not ready for the demand. It's common sense! Go to other centers where they pay more and less wait time
I have donated plasma before with a different company near my home and couldnt believe the difference in my experience. Firstly its upsetting to realize that the locations in urban communities do not have access to a clean atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff. I didnt feel like I was in a healthcare facility. It was dirty with trash everywhere. I stopped counting how many times I saw someone working rolling their eyes. Sadly I didnt not stay.
I tried donating, and was denied due to my blood pressure and told to come back the next day. Second day told the same thing. Third day I was given a form for my doctor and told I could not return without it.
They could have given me this the first or second time, or at least have told me what the blood pressure parameters are. They tell you about drug use and sexuality disqualifiers, but no info regarding parameters for blood pressure.
The "manager" was full of crap and unable to explain why this information was not available, and simply kept repeating herself about nonsense that was not my concern. The nurse mentioned an "inconvenience fee" that they could have given me, but the "manager" denied it, saying this was part of the process.
The drug use and sex partner screening is a joke. They will continue to cater to the obvious drug-addicts and prostitutes that frequent this place. Looking at their clientele, I hope I never NEED plasma.
Stay healthy, and STAY AWAY.
I love CSL in Dayton, Ohio. The people are friendly and it's a clean, comfortable place to donate. You will be treated fair and with kindness. You start at the check-in and everyone is patient and happy to help. I love Nan and Tierny, they treat you like your family when they check you in. They remember my kid's names and ask about them. We laugh and catch up with each other like friends do. I look forward to seeing them. After you check-in, you go to the donor floor. Alanna, Austin, Tia, and everyone on the donor floor care about your comfort and safety. They make sure all safety procedures are followed. They put you at ease and answer all your questions. Going to this CSL is like hanging out with friends a couple times a week!
I really wanted to express how great the staff is here in Stone mountain and I wanted to express how much they have progressed as a collective considering there are a lot of new employees who really have no experience in this field of expertise and continue to strive to be great at learning new things and safely processing donors from start to finish. Love it
Great experience, great staff, clean, very professional. When you walk in your greeted by staff and there is a lounge area to sit and do the sign in from your phone and kiosks to do your sign in from there. The facility is clean. The bathroom is also very clean. Nelson was great at finding the perfect vein and the process was not painful at all.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I earned $780 in bonuses over a year ago that I have yet to receive. No one will give me any answers or updates or return my calls. When I call corporate, they just refer me back to the GJ center or even tell me they can't help me if I'm not a current donor. I'm beyond mad that this hasn't been resolved over a year later.
I am a new donor. I did two donations with no issues then they started turning me away for dumb reasons. They did drag it out for 45 days then after that they conveniently solved all issues and got out of paying me fir the new donor promotion. This new donor fees are a scam. They find a way to mess you out of it.
CSL Northland Plaza... I was treated very rudely by on-duty manager Allison & several other workers there. For a new donor this was a terrible experience. They treated me like a number instead of a valued donor
I came here to start as a new donor from biolife, and was told to come in first thing in the morning. I showed up right when they opened. Wasn't acknowledged for 20 minutes only to be told they don't have staff to take new donors. So unprofessional.
Every time I set foot in this place I am met with ineptitude. They are slower than molasses on Pluto, they routinely like wreck my arm and leave LOTS of bruising, and then it's "oops! Sorry!" Ummm NO. AVOID.
CSL on bellfort St.in Houston Texas some employees are not courteous and sometimes refuse to give clients water or snack. Streetwalkers walk in off the street and take all the snacks. There are 2 Security officers are on duty the streetwalkers still take snacks from clients.waiting time is longer than need be because there are rows that supervisors dont open up,no explanation for clients?I've seen employees not wiping off beds.Machines for checking in most of the time are not Operable We have to wait for employees to fix it.Other plasma centers are. More hospital to clients! Not a pleasant center! Clients deserve Respect too!
I have two years of donating plasma and i have never seen a place as disorganized and unprofessional as csl plasma - don't get me wrong I know people work hourly and work for a check but to care for a patient could be a little faster - I am a nurse and it does mot take twenty minutes to check someones vitals
I used to work at CSL and also donated. The management is completely corrupt and makes life hell for the employees. The donors know it as well. They could be doing 3x the business they do if they'd run it right and be good to their staff. The turnover rate is extremely high because of crooked managers. I've never seen any place run so unprofessional anywhere. They need to go in and completely clean house on many upper levels to get this place up to par. It used to do much more business. Now many stay away or leave because the long waits and newbies trying to stick you.
I went to the CSL center in Wilkes Barre. The staff were very helpful, kind, and caring. They took their time and explained the whole procedure from beginning to end. Everything was very clean and professional.
I have been gong to CSL plasma in Delhi Ohio for over a year. THe quality of personnel they have employed has slowly declined over this year to the point that I will not be back. THe staff that check you in are always laughing and being disrespectful using foul language and taking about the previous donor they just helped and making fun of them. This continues on to the donor floor where the phlebotomist also like to talk about the donors to the point that I don't know any fellow donors but I feel uncomfortable. THey need to step up the professionalism at this place. Technically it is a medical facility but feels more like an 8th grade locker room.
I just want to shout out to the Greenville sc techs, they were always very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, I helped my husband answer a question on the 360 app doner questionnaire. He was having issues reading it, he only has one eye and the other was irritated. I obviously pushed a wrong answer and he told them I helped him. This caused all kinds of upset, break in hippa laws, does not matter I have complete medical control for him, anyway they accused me of helping him today as well. Impossible as when he tried to bring up 360 it said see manager. They would not believe me or him. I told them I helped him twice once to show him how to use 360 and last Monday. Well they deferred us both permanently for me pushing an answer on 360. Shame, we are healthy seniors that really needed the income as we rescue animals. This was our vet bill money for our senior animals. Such foolishness, to be deferred for helping my own husband. No compassion.
New pay scale isn't worth people coming in to donate. Like $27 dollars first time then goes up to $51 after so many visits. The decline in Bussiness has nothing to do with COVID-19 it's how much each time. Not worth it may want to go back to
Regular pay I am one that may not be returning.
Waterford MI plasma center
Payments be correct was never a big deal for me until their service started to decline. Their front triage are not pleasant. The phlebotomist are amazing. Never have a problem when I'm in the back with them.
I am writing this review to say this spot is an amazing spot to come to the people here are great and they are so wonderful. Their hospitality is 100% The best you can once they make sure you get your raffle ticket at the end to win their prices that they have more to say I love coming to the spot very comfortable I get my money exactly what they give me and they also give me a chance to get more by reviews like this one thank you God bless and have a great day
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
