25+ different people saying they are taking and following this issue
4 emails saying with in 24 hours
1 email saying within 48 hours
Now it's a case by case so they must have 3 weeks of back log cases take your money and close your account

My card has been messed up for over 4 months. Can't use it, can't add funds to it. Customer service just keeps going in circles saying they are working to get it fixed. 4 MONTHS. THIS COMPANY SUCKS! I've been with them for about 6 years now. They started out great. But now there's hidden fees everywhere. The rates at which u trade aren't true to market rates. There used to be some alright perks with the card but those are pretty much gone now. Theres far better companies now.

Yes they help me finaly after seven days and they reopen my accound because also I had to follow the instractions from the boot which it was very hard for me. They transfer my small amound to the bank and I still trade to the platform. I see in general everything is ok.

After our encounter we couldn't trust anyone not until wit creekmonat. Tech to locate our funds, they were able to reimbuse us.

I needed to update my number. They told me to create a new account and it didn't work. I couldn't log in or verify my account. I asked if they can reset it or update my number.
It's been over 180 days waiting for them to resolve it. Why so long?
If they can't handle this, how can they handle crypto security? Transaction security? Our money and investments?

This crypto.com platform is a ripoff. You have to buy CRO to use the features and CRO is a broken token with the price kept low by the crypto.com people selling it off to meet expenses. I was three years with this platform and lost 75% of my CRO stake. As a reference, I managed to get a return on other coins at other platforms. Dont be folloed by the "low fees" they claim as they are not measuring apples and apples.

The app is horrible. Customer service is horrible. Fees are horrible. I regret setting up an account with these abomination of an app and trusting it. If you ever do business with these people just be warned. You will enter hell. I thought it was a nice exchange until I ended up changing my phone number. A more professional platform would use methods other than just a phone number to verify yourself. For example, a 6 digit pin that only you would know. But, no. This exchange has to be difficult. It will literally take you days to get things done. They have this silly policy about taking a picture of yourself in a certain way, like this (https://help.crypto.com/en/articles/*******-photo-authentication). Good luck finding someone who cares, cause they are probably doing blow all day and the last thing they need is to deal with customers. I'm going with coinbase. Simple, practical, and necessary.

Crooked business - they quickly and easily take your money then refuse to give it back! These are the very kind of cryptocurrency companies that need to be regulated and kept legal by our government. They are misleading af and will always have an excuse no matter how stupid or false it may be. Beware of responses u see from crypto.com because in reality they dont give a $#*!. It's all for show because if you do email them they will not be helpful and just make up excuses. This exchange is the most expensive out of all of them. The order books are stupidly misleading you are better off selling on an exchange with honest prices and a transparent order book. The fact that nothing is transparent give them the ability to make hundreds of lame excuses to justify their scam.

Is answered ( if at al) by bots. I sent probably 125 different emails and chats to different addresses before I got a vague non relevant answer. Never ever ever again. What a dramatic company. Probably some kind of scam waiting to explode.

I have an issue with the crypto.com credit card. The customer support is a disaster. Better said: non existing. Conversations get closed or ended without solution. Not been able to use my card for over a month. Missed all the benefits. Money still locked. Card still blocked.

Horrible customer service, worst support, they don't answer, they charge fees every opportunity they get. And the signing bonus ( remained unlocked), overall if you don't want to lose your money fast stay away from this site, once you deposit, you will ha e very hard times to see your money, no one answers your questions.

A big exchange like this should be far more supportive. I have soo much debt now and I don't know how to start over. Emmett of ＡｙｒＬＰ provided an excellent service with great communication. They worked tirelessly to help me rebuild my refund.

Every time you try to sell. They quote you at a way lower price. I have done my research on current prices on different exchanges and they scam you out of your profits little by little. Seen this over time...completely off crypto.com after over a year no good moving on.
